Buscamos un PM para incorporarse en una empresa líder en el sector de las energías renovables, especializada en soluciones tecnológicas para la valorización energética de residuos y el desarrollo de infraestructuras sostenibles.

UBICACIÓN: Madrid, España.

SECTOR: Waste-to-energy.

La compañía opera a nivel internacional, con oficinas en Norteamérica, Europa, África y Asia, y proyectos y tecnologías implementadas en múltiples instalaciones de recuperación de recursos en todo el mundo.

FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Buscamos un PM para gestionar los proyectos cumpliendo los compromisos y respetando o mejorando los plazos y márgenes establecidos.

  • Analizar y comprender los términos contractuales para garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones del proyecto.
  • Identificar tempranamente riesgos del proyecto y aplicar medidas correctivas adecuadas.
  • Gestionar la relación con el cliente en todos los aspectos, incluyendo correspondencia oficial, reuniones y modificaciones contractuales menores (dentro de los límites de autoridad).
  • Supervisar subcontratistas, proveedores y procesos de compras.
  • Liderar los recursos asignados al proyecto, asegurando entregas puntuales y coherentes.
  • Organizar y motivar al equipo de proyecto, estableciendo prioridades y resolviendo conflictos.
  • Asegurar la coordinación y comunicación interna del equipo.
  • Cumplir con el plan de reporting, enviando informes fiables y dentro de los plazos acordados.
  • Crear y actualizar periódicamente el cronograma del proyecto.
  • Apoyar al departamento comercial en negociaciones y cierres de contratos.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir todas las normas de seguridad y calidad establecidas por la empresa.
  • El Project Manager representa la máxima autoridad a nivel de proyecto y es responsable de los resultados globales, del cumplimiento de los plazos y de la coordinación eficaz entre todos los miembros del equipo.

REQUISITOS, EXPERIENCIA Y COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS

  • Título universitario o técnico en alguna de las siguientes áreas: Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Química
  • Experiencia demostrada como Project Manager en el sector de plantas industriales.
  • Experiencia en tratamiento de residuos, digestión anaerobia o tratamiento de aguas residuales.
  • Conocimiento en gestión de contratos de suministro de plantas complejas.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de relaciones con clientes.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares.
  • Conocimientos en administración de proyectos y control presupuestario.
  • Experiencia en planificación y seguimiento de cronogramas.
  • Competencias en compras y gestión de proveedores.
  • Habilidad para la resolución de problemas.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Sentido de la prioridad y comprensión del impacto de su trabajo en otras áreas de la empresa.
  • Conocimiento general de gestión empresarial y cómo los resultados de los proyectos afectan la planificación y las inversiones de la compañía.
  • Comprensión de estrategias de venta y su relación con la ejecución de proyectos.
  • Familiaridad con estrategias de compras, especialmente en productos o servicios de alto valor o con pocos proveedores disponibles.
  • Viajes: Disponibilidad para viajar según los límites del presupuesto asignado
