POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : ESN / Intégrateur IT Taille : 18000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Toulouse (31) Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 ans minimum Outils utilisés et à maitriser : Openshift, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Linux, RBAC, Openshift Container Platform Diplômes : Bac +4/5, École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Langues : Anglais professionnel bienvenu Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Responsable des Opérations Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. De plus ce role nécessite une habilitation Secret Défense et donc une nationalité Française ou Européenne. MISSIONS En tant qu’Administrateur Openshift / Kubernetes H/F travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques vous etes responsable de la gestion et de la sécurisation du cycle de vie et de la disponibilité des clusters OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). - Planifier, installer, configurer la plateforme OpenShift dans des environnements cloud ou sur site. - Gérer les activités du cycle de vie. - Mettre en œuvre des processus de sauvegarde et de restauration pour protéger les données et la configuration du cluster. - Assurer la haute disponibilité de l'environnement OpenShift en configurant des clusters multi-zones ou multi-régions et en implémentant la redondance. - Surveiller et optimiser les performances des clusters et des applications grâce à la mise à l'échelle des ressources, à l'équilibrage des charges et à une planification efficace. - Mettre en œuvre des solutions de reprise après sinistre et assurer une reprise rapide en cas de défaillance et documenter les processus. - Appliquer les politiques de sécurité et les meilleures pratiques, telles que le contrôle d'accès basé sur les rôles (RBAC), les politiques de réseau et la gestion sécurisée des images de conteneurs. - Mettre régulièrement à jour la plateforme afin d'atténuer les vulnérabilités et d';assurer la sécurité. - Développer et maintenir des scripts d'automatisation et des configurations d'infrastructure en tant que code (IaC) à l'aide d'outils tels que Ansible, Terraform et Helm. Profil - 3 à 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en tant que Spécialiste certifié Red Hat en administration OpenShift et/ou Administrateur Kubernetes certifié (CKA). - Maîtrise de l'administration de systèmes Linux/Unix, y compris les scripts shell et la mise en réseau. - Compréhension des exigences de conformité réglementaire (par exemple, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) et des pratiques d'audit pertinentes. - Connaissance des meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité des conteneurs, du RBAC, des politiques de sécurité du réseau et de la gestion des vulnérabilités des images de conteneurs. - Certification Linux (par exemple, RHCSA ou LPIC) serait un plus.
