Taille : Groupe de 50000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Toulouse Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 6 ans minimum Outils utilisés et à maitriser : Solutions SCCM, IVANTI, RIPC, WSUS, AD, AzurAD, Intune, Teams, O365, EMM, MDM, EDR, CITRIX, ITSM Diplômes : Bac +4/5, Master, École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Background : idéalement issu des secteurs : aérospatial, public, ou santé, et expérience des projets BUILD Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Déplacements professionnels : Oui, à prévoir, uniquement sur la moitié Ouest de la France. Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Responsable des Opérations Vos interlocuteurs au quotidien : RSSI, DSI, Responsable Achats, Ingénieurs Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Rattaché(e) à un Manager Opérationnel, vous serez amené(e) à travailler dans un contexte multi-clients. Vous aurez pour principales missions : - Concevoir et piloter les offres de service du périmètre Digital Workplace, - Designer les solutions en accompagnant les clients, dès les phases de recueil des besoins jusqu’à la rédaction des offres, - Participer en qualité d’expert aux différents projets - Elaborer les roadmaps des produits et services, - Assurer un rôle d’avant-vente auprès du client, - Réaliser une veille technologique Profil Soft Skills - Vous avez au moins 6 ans d'expérience - Vous justifiez impérativement d'une expérience significative sur de l’architecture Poste de Travail, et sur des contextes techniques d’envergure. - Vous maitrisez l’anglais écrit et oral afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les différents interlocuteurs (client, équipe interne). - Vous etes doté d'un grand sens du service, votre enthousiasme et votre rigueur accompagnés d'une capacité à travailler en équipe, à faire preuve de leadership et de résistance au stress. - Vous disposez du permis de conduire.
