POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Conseil en réalisation d’enveloppes du bâtiment, façades, couvertures et serrurerie. Taille : 80 personnes Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Berne. Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 4 ans Diplômes : Master 1 ou 2 et expérience probante dans le domaine Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS En qualité de Chef de projet, vous aurez pour mission de : Vous avez la responsabilité de gérer des projets de construction de grande importance et d'envergure Vous gérez une équipe de montage et de dessinateurs Vous effectuez toutes les démarches techniques et administratives liées à vos différents projets Vous élaborez les détails de construction, les plans de fabrication ainsi que les plans de montage Vous êtes responsable du suivi des projets de manière complète jusqu'au montage par les équipes du terrain Vous participez aux réunions de chantier et effectuez les prises de mesures sur les chantiers Vous effectuez les remises de chantiers ainsi que la facturation finale Vous jouez un rôle clé de conseiller auprès des mandataires Requirements Vous possédez une expérience réussie dans le bardage, la construction de façades, de couvertures ou de serrurerie. Vous avez une expérience validée et confirmée en gestion de projet : suivi des temps de travail, réponses aux appels d'offres, commandes d'achats et facturation. Vous avez l'expérience en gestion d'équipes de montage. Vous disposez de très bonnes connaissances d'Autocad et de MS-Office. Vous êtes capable de prendre en charge des chantiers d’envergure grâce à votre fiabilité, votre autonomie et votre organisation. Des déplacements sont à prévoir pour ce poste : Déplacements sur les chantiers pour les prises de mesures, les séances de chantiers, les rdv clients, etc. Benefits Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration sur mesure avec le Directeur de Projet.
