Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 7 ans Diplômes : (BAC +3/+5) et expérience probante dans le domaine Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS En qualité de Chef de projet senior Data / IA avec management, vous aurez pour mission de : Travailler sur des sujets variés autour de l’activation de la donnée et l’IA Analyser et interpréter les données pour répondre aux problématiques des clients, et identifier des insights métiers exploitables, apporter de la valeur ajoutée et des recommandations Mettre en place des modèles de machine learning / IA adaptés aux besoins Développer et automatiser des datavisualisations pour diverses équipes afin d’optimiser la prise de décision Concevoir des solutions innovantes, notamment autour de l’IA et l’IA générative Cadrer et challenger les besoins des différents services en termes d’analyses, de mesure de la performance, d’études spécifiques pour différents services (Marketing, Commercial, Communication …) Gérer des projets autour de la Data et l’IA Participer à la conduite de changement (accompagnement, formation…) Encadrer/ manager des consultants et accompagner leurs montée en compétences Participer au développement du cabinet Profil De formation supérieure (Ingénieur, master), vous disposez d’expériences dans la data visualisation et la business analyse. Vous êtes attirés par l'activité́ de Conseil et vous possédez la faculté à proposer des solutions à forte valeur ajoutée. Une forte polyvalence, une capacité d'adaptation afin de pouvoir répondre à l'environnement technique des différents Clients Une très bonne compréhension des enjeux métier / business Une expertise en analyse de données et maîtrise des outils (Python, SQL, etc.) La connaissance d’un outil de data visualisation serait un plus (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, …) La connaissance des environnements big data et la maîtrise de PySpark, Snowflake … seraient un plus La maitrise des principaux algorithmes de machine learning / IA Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à s’adapter rapidement à de nouveaux environnements et secteurs.
