POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Fintech / Néobanque pour PMEs et Startups Taille : 50 personnes Marchés : France et Europe Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris avec Télétravail hybride Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : à minima 3 ans dans un role similaire Votre Background : Expérience préalable en tant que Développeur Full Stack Nodejs / React (à dominante Backend) Stack: Nodejs, React, PostgreSQL, TypeORM, GraphQL, API RESTful, Architectures microservices, Agile, principes Solid, Design patterns, Architecture hexagonale Langues : Anglais professionnel impératif (contexte international - interactions avec collègues en Europe) Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : le Tech Lead Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS Vous rejoignez l'équipe Tech composée de 10 développeurs Full Stack en tant que développeur/se Fullstack Nodejs/React (90% back - 10% front) sous la supervision du Tech Lead et vos missions sont : Concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications web robustes et évolutives Collaborer avec les experts produits et développement pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles fonctionnalités et de nouveaux services Participer à la rédaction des spécifications techniques et à l'élaboration des plans d'architecture pour assurer une mise en œuvre efficace et de haute qualité Assurer la qualité du code en effectuant des tests unitaires et d'intégration et en mettant en œuvre de bonnes pratiques de développement Optimiser les performances des applications et résoudre les problèmes d'évolutivité Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les spécialistes DevOps pour assurer un déploiement et une gestion efficace de l'application Maintenir une documentation technique claire et précise Profil De formation en génie logiciel, vous avez au minimum 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle en tant que développeur web Full Stack, avec une dominante Backend sur Nodejs. Connaissance approfondie de PostgreSQL, TypeORM, GraphQL et grande compréhension des composants d'un système robuste et Architecture Hexagonale Maîtrise des tests unitaires, de l'intégration continue et du contrôle de version Bonne compréhension des philosophies Agile et Software Craftsmanship Excellentes capacités en résolutions de problèmes, et posture de calme et de sérénité pendant la résolution des situations complexes Consciencieux et rigoureux sur la qualité du code et l'expérience utilisateur, avec une grande attention aux détails Team player, vous aimez travailler avec vos collègues, et savez également travailler en autonomie Aisance à partir d'une page blanche tout comme à maintenir le code existant Flexible et capacité d'adaptation à un environnement rapide et à forte croissance NICE TO HAVE : ● Une expérience préalable dans la mise en œuvre de tests automatisés ● Une forte connaissance des principes SOLID, des Design patterns et des conceptions logicielles ● Être familier avec les concepts de déploiement et d'orchestration de conteneurs ● Excellence ou Fluency en Anglais Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d'onboarding avec le Tech Lead Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail 3j/Semaine/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/50% Navigo/Primes/ Possibilité d’évolution : Le poste n'inclut du management direct mais évoluera à horizon 18 mois Déroulé du processus de recrutement : Un échange téléphonique (1h) avec le CTO et la RH (incluant une simulation de live coding) Un entretien avec des membres de l'équipe Tech (Product Manager, Product Owner, Lead Operations) Un entretien avec le CEO Le processus peut se boucler en 15 jours maximum.
