Taille : 180 personnes au Siège social Marchés : France et International (310 Agences - 3 Pays) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Télétravail partiel Contexte du poste : Création de poste Background/Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans en tant que Développeur FullStack Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS : Rattaché(e) au Directeur technique, et en collaboration avec l’équipe, vos missions sont les suivantes : - Participer à l'analyse des besoins métiers et à la définition des spécifications techniques. - Surveiller et améliorer les performances des applications. - Maintenir et optimiser les bases de données (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Assurer l'intégration et/ou le développement de services tiers et d’API. - Collaborer avec les autres développeurs pour implémenter des solutions cohérentes. - Gérer la sécurité des applications et mettre en place des mesures de protection contre les vulnérabilités. - Effectuer des tests unitaires et fonctionnels pour assurer la qualité du code. - Assurer une veille technologique et proposer des améliorations techniques. Profil Compétences techniques - Expertise en développement Web. - Expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans sur des missions similaires - Créativité, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’analyse et adaptabilité. - Curiosité, sens du détail, capacité à gérer efficacement les imprévus et les urgences. - Professionnel(le) compétent(e) et dédié(e) à la réussite des missions. Stack PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, API/WebServices, MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD (DevOps), Docker et réseaux. Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le CTO. Avantages : Tickets resto/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/Télétravail 1j par semaine Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 1 entretien culture fit avec la RH + 1 test de personnalité et 1 test technique 1 entretien avec le CTO.
