Une agence Digitale spécialisée dans la création et la réalisation de plateformes digitales Web et E-Commerce. ouvre un rôle de Développeur Magento 2 en CDI Le role est ouvert au choix sur plusieurs villes : Paris, Lille, Nantes et Montpellier (au choix). POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Agence Web / Digitale Taille : 70 personnes Marchés : France Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris ou Lille ou Montpellier ou Nantes avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : Création de poste du à accroissement d'activité Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 4 ans pleins en Programmation backend, avec au moins 2 ans sous Magento 2 STACK TECHNOLOGIQUE : Langages pertinents: Magento 2 obligatoire. Ainsi que HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript. Bonne connaissance des framework knockoutJS, ZendFramework 1 & 2, Symfony Cache : Varnish BDD : Redis, Varnish, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ Bonnes connaissances des environnements LINUX et MAC IDE : PHPStorm, Visual Studio Code, etc Normes : PSR-0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4. Votre Background : Minimum 2 ans pleins en Programmation Magento 2, et aisance à la fois front-office (pages de boutique/fonctionnalités orientées client/flux de paiement) et back-office (modules de panneau d'administration). Diplômes : Autodidacte ou Bac+2 et plus Langues : Anglais professionnel bienvenu mais non requis. Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : le Lead Developer Durée classique des projets : 6 mois Taille des équipes projets : 5 à 6 personnes Administratif : L'employeur accepte des candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) mais vous devez déjà avoir les documents autorisant à travailler sur le territoire National au début du process. MISSIONS : Vous intégrez l' équipe technique et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les référents techniques, le lead developer ainsi que les équipes artistiques et de gestion de projet. Livrer des projets de qualité dans le respect des normes PSR, tout en apportant votre oeil d’expert. Développement backend Magento 2 (PHP, MYSQL, KnockoutJS, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Varnish). Développement de modules spécifiques (Flux de données, nouvelles fonctionnalités…) Respecter et améliorer les chartes de développement de l'Agence. Vous serez garant du périmètre et de la qualité de vos chantiers. Vous soutiendrez les référents techniques de vos projets. Vous interviendrez sur plusieurs projets Magento 2. Développement des modules marketplace Profil Vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans dont au moins 2 ans en tant que développeur/ingénieur Magento 2 et avez une connaissance approfondie de l'écosystème Magento 2. Vous etes idéalement certifié Magento ( L'employeur peut vous accompagner dans le passage de la certification si vous ne l'etes pas). Vous etes un développeur Sénior qui cherche à évoluer vers des fonctions de référent technique à terme. Vous souhaitez également activement avoir un lien direct avec les clients, animer des ateliers client et faites donc preuve d'une grande pédagogie. Vous aimez les challenges techniques et vous avez à coeur de développer un projet en respectant les meilleurs pratiques Magento et PHP. Compétences techniques : Capacités à réaliser des développements spécifiques backend Magento Bonnes connaissances des environnements LINUX et MAC Utilisation d’IDE : PHPStorm, Visual Studio Code, etc Maitrise des langages HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript Bonne connaissance des framework knockoutJS, ZendFramework 1 & 2, Alpine.js Bonne connaissance des normes PSR-0 / 1 / 2 / 3 / 4. Maitrise des composants Varnish, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ La connaissance des tests unitaires sera un bonus. Une connaissance du runtime Node.js est un plus. Qualités humaines : Véritable passionné(e) du digital doté d’une solide expérience technique d’au moins 5 années en tant que Développeur Backend Une soif d’apprendre encore et toujours Organisé(e) et rigoureux(e) Autonome, réactif(ve) et force de proposition, vous êtes à l’affût de nouvelles innovations. Doté d'un bon relationnel, d'un véritable esprit d’équipe, et d'un bon sens de l'humour Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le manager d’équipe Statut : Cadre Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/Participation/Prise en charge des formations et certifications.
