Taille : 180 personnes au Siège social Marchés : France et International (310 Agences - 3 Pays) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Télétravail partiel Contexte du poste : Création de poste Background/Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans en tant que Développeur(se) .NET Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS : Rattaché(e) au Chef de Produit ERP, et en collaboration avec les équipes de développement, vous intervenez principalement sur l'ERP développé en interne et vos missions sont les suivantes : - Comprendre les besoins d’évolution de l'ERP et proposer des solutions adaptées - Analyser la faisabilité, estimer la charge, établir un plan d’action et anticiper les délais - Concevoir et/ou faire évoluer l’architecture du projet/d’un module, implémenter et/ou refactoriser des fonctionnalités - Participer à l’amélioration des performances globales de l'ERP - Communiquer de façon proactive avec les autres membres de l’équipe et des interlocuteurs/trices en production - Prendre part aux réunions d'équipe Profil Compétences techniques - Développement sous .NET Framework 4.8 et .NET 7/8 sous C# et Winform - API et Microservices - Microsoft SQL Server - Git / Azure DevOps Savoir-etre - À l'aise dans les projets d'équipe et doté d'autonomie - Expérience significative d'au moins 2 ans en tant que Développeur(se) .NET - Rigueur, professionnalisme et réactivité - Logique, curiosité et capacité à gérer efficacement les problématiques - Compétent(e) et dédié(e) à la réussite des missions Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le Responsable ERP et le CTO. Avantages : Tickets resto/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/Télétravail 1j par semaine Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 1 entretien culture fit avec la RH + 1 test de personnalité et 1 test technique 1 entretien avec le Responsable ERP et le CTO.
