POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Agence Web / Digitale Taille : 20 personnes Marchés : France et international Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Aix en Provence avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : Création de poste du à accroissement d'activité Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en référencement naturel en agence de marketing digital et/ou Annonceur Stack : maîtrise des outils Web Analytics, connaissance des outils du secteur et maîtrise des suites "Office" (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Sheets...). Des connaissances en HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, R ou Python sont un vrai + Diplômes : Master / Niveau Master Langues : Anglais professionnel bienvenu mais non requis. Déplacements professionnels : à prévoir Taille de l'équipe à manager : 2 personnes Administratif : L'employeur n'accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS : Sous la responsabilité du Directeur du SEO en tant que Directeur/Directrice SEO votre principal objectif est d'améliorer la visibilité des sites de vos clients dans les moteurs de recherche, afin d'augmenter leur CA et/ou leur rentabilité. • Management votre équipe (2 consultants SEO) • Superviser les Audits SEO et présenter des recommandations • Réaliser des propositions stratégiques • Conseiller votre protefeuille clients dans leur stratégie de référencement naturel • Préconiser des optimisations sur les différents leviers du référencement naturel • Accompagner les équipes marketing, éditoriales et techniques, dans la mise en oeuvre des projets d'optimisations • Gérer le Netlinking • Suivre les résultats et l'avancée des intégrations via un rapport mensuel • Participer à la R&D SEO de l'agence Profil De formation supérieure marketing ou informatique, vous justifiez d’au moins 7 années d’expérience dans le Référencement naturel idéalement en agence et avez déjà managé une équipe et appréciez d'accompagner, transmettre et partager votre expertise SEO. Compétences techniques : • Maîtrise des outils Web Analytics • Connaissance des outils du secteur et maîtrise des suites « Office » (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Sheets…) • Vous avez travaillé sur des sites à fort volume de page (+10 000) • Un goût prononcé pour les sujets techniques du SEO • Idéalement des connaissances en HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, R ou Python. Qualités humaines : • Curieux(se) et passionné(e) d’internet et de SEO • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), goût pour le travail soigné • Bon relationnel client et sens des responsabilités • Goût pour le travail en équipe, soif d’apprendre et envie de partager Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le manager d’équipe Statut : Cadre Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail partiel/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé Déroulé du processus de recrutement : Entretiens avec le Manager et les collaborateurs.
