POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Opérateur Télécom MVNO / MVNE / MVNA / M2M Taille : 250 personnes Marchés : France et International (Présence dans 5 pays) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris/92 avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 à 8 ans dans les Télécoms, en particulier sur GGSN/PGW. Outils utilisés et à maitriser : Cœurs Data (MME/SGSN/SGW, GGSN/PGW, PCC, PCRF, OCS, …), IPv4 / IPv6, GPRS/3G/LTE Diplômes : École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Background : Expérience préalable chez un Opérateur/Constructeur Télécom Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Organisation de l’équipe : Equipe d'ingénieurs experts au sein du Département Télécom supervisé par le Responsable des Opérations Télécoms. Vous collaborez également avec le pole d'Architectes, les Chefs de Projets, les équipes d'Opérations. Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Responsable des Opérations Télécom Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : - Être un Référent et Expert sur le cœur de réseau Data Mobile de l’entreprise. - Élaborer et documenter les solutions d’ingénierie pour l’acheminement de la data sur le Réseau. (nouveaux services et consolidation des infrastructures existantes) - Maîtriser les architectures Cœurs Data (MME/SGSN/SGW, GGSN/PGW, PCC, PCRF, OCS, …) des réseaux mobiles et les technologies IPv4 / IPv6 et comprendre leur implémentation au sein du cœur de réseau d’opérateur virtuel - Concevoir des solutions techniques répondant aux besoins des projets tout en maintenant l’opérabilité de la plateforme - Documenter chacun des sujets et assurer le transfert de connaissances aux équipes d’opération et support - Collaborer ponctuellement au support sur la plateforme Profil l Connaissance pratique du routage IP et protocoles associés (BGP, OSPF et autres) l Maîtrise des architectures et concepts de GPRS/3G/LTE l Maîtrise des architectures Cœurs Data (MME/SGSN/SGW, GGSN/PGW, PCC, PCRF, OCS, …) l Maîtrise des réseaux mobiles et les technologies IPv4 / IPv6 l Comprendre leur implémentation au sein d’un cœur de réseau d’opérateur virtuel l Passion pour les ingénieries des services télécoms et la mise au point de solutions innovantes l Connaissance des protocoles : GTP, Radius, Diameter et des interfaces Gx, Gy, Gi … l Capacité à répondre à des échéances courtes et priorités variables l Connaissance pratique des éléments cœur de réseau mobile : PGW/GGSN | Serveur Radius | DRA/DEA Expérience en IPv6, CGNAT et/ou technologies firewall l Curiosité naturelle pour être en veille et à l’écoute des évolutions de l’industrie l Capacité à communiquer avec les différentes partie prenantes, à l’oral et à l’écrit. l Organisé, rigoureux et à l’aise dans un environnement très dynamique. l Capacité à se déplacer sur site si requis Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration avec le manager d’équipe Avantages : Tickets resto/Télétravail/Mutuelle-complémentaire santé/RTT/50% Navigo/Participation/Prise en charge des formations et certifications Possibilités d’évolution : Possibilité de devenir Architecte à horizon 12-24 mois Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 1 entretien RH/Manager puis 1 entretien avec un expert incluant un test de personnalité et un entretien technique.
