POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Opérateur Télécom et hébergeur de données. Taille : Groupe de 5000 personnes. 300 Datacenters en exploitation Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Paris et déplacement sur différents Datacenters Contexte du poste : Création de poste (Nouveau poste dans un nouveau département au sein de l'entreprise) Type de collaboration : Vous travaillez en Binome avec un Ingénieur Génie Electrique Salaire : Jusque 57k€ Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 2 ans minimum Background : Passé en tant qu'Ingénieur sur des problématiques de Climatisation et de maintien en température ambiante de salles serveurs en Datacenters (Obligatoire) Spécificités du poste : Ce poste nécéssite de travailler conjointement avec des Ingénieurs exploitation qui n'ont pas la compétence Climatique/Climatisation, et qui vont monter en compétence à vos cotés. Déplacements professionnels : Des déplacements sont à prévoir pour ce poste avec un emploi du temps rythmé par des déplacements sur toute la France (deux semaines de déplacement tous les mois sur toute la France). Dans ce cadre, le permis de conduire (Permis B) est un impératif. Diplômes : Formation spécialisée en génie climatique ou thermique (école d'ingénieur ou université) Langues : Anglais professionnel souhaitable Administratif : L'employeur accepte des candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS : - Réaliser des études énergétiques et thermiques. - Concevoir et dimensionner le système de CVC. - Gérer l’installation (valider les plans, superviser l'installation, valider la configuration, ....). - Réaliser des audits et proposer des améliorations d’équipements et d’installations afin de réduire les coûts énergétiques au maximum (intégration de nouvelles technologies et solutions innovantes). - Suivi et gestion de projets de la phase de conception à la mise en service, en assurant le respect des délais et des budgets. - Consulter les fournisseurs / MOE, participer à la rédaction d’appels d’offres et analyser les devis / réponses à appels d'offre. - Concevoir la formation des utilisateurs aux bonnes pratiques. - Contribuer à la stratégie de maintenance (organisation de l’activité, gestion de contrat de maintenance, …). - Elaborer les plans d’entretien et de maintenance et réaliser le suivi des équipements. - Contribuer à garantir que les systèmes respectent les politiques de sécurité, normes environnementales et de durabilité en vigueur. - Veille technologique et réglementaire pour rester à la pointe des avancées dans le domaine du génie climatique. Profil - Vous êtes issu d'une formation spécialisée en génie climatique ou thermique (école d'ingénieur ou université) avec 2 ans d'expérience minimum sur des missions similaires. - Vous maitrisez la gestion de projets - Vous matirisez et un/plusieurs logiciels de simulation et conception (idéalement Autocad, Revit ou similaire) - Votre parcours s'est construit dans les domaines techniques (génie-climatique, Climatisation…) - Vous avez une capacité d’initiative et d' autonomie qui feront la différence.
