POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : ESN / Intégrateur IT Taille : 18000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Statut Cadre - Paris avec Télétravail hybride Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 ans minimum Outils utilisés et à maitriser : Système : Serveurs Windows 2016 et + Annuaire : Active directory, Azure AD et ADFS Outils collaboratifs messagerie en hybride : Exchange OnPremise et Office 365 (Exchange online, Teams, SharePoint…) Virtualisation : VMware, Hyper-V Automatisation : Ansible, Kubernetes, MECM • Sécurité : correctifs de sécurité serveur, Antivirus Script : PowerShell Diplômes : Bac +4/5, École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Background : 5 années d'expérience sur Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows 2016 Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Organisation de l’équipe : Équipe de 20 collègues au sein du pôle Professional Services Déplacements professionnels : Oui, à prévoir MISSIONS : Vous serez garant du service rendu quant à votre domaine d’intervention. Vous gérez les incidents et les demandes. Vous analysez les changements. Vous serez en charge de la gestion de la disponibilité et participerez à l’élaboration de plans d’action technique, des plans d’amélioration et à des réunions de crise. Vous préconisez, validez, et mettrez en œuvre des solutions techniques complexes. Vous fiabilisez, industrialisez, optimisez les performances des postes et des infrastructures sous-jacentes. Vous veillez au suivi de la « compliance » sécurité sur Anti-Virus, correctifs de sécurité, stratégie des mots de passe. Vous assurez la gestion et l’animation de réunions techniques avec les clients. Vous produirez de la documentation technique. Vous serez garant du suivi et reporting sur les projets, déploiements ou mises en production. Profil Vous êtes diplômé BAC+5 d'une école d'ingénieur avec une spécialisation Servers (Windows, Unix), outils collaboratifs et automatisation, et vous justifiez de cinq ans d’expérience hors stage ou alternance. Vous avez la connaissance des Best Practices ITIL (gestion des incidents, gestion des problèmes, gestion des changements et mises en production). Vous êtes motivé par l’obtention de nouvelles certifications. Vous avez le sens du service et vous êtes réactif et organisé . Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais. Vous êtes disponible pour des déplacements fréquents mais de courte durée sur le territoire français.
