POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Editeur Logiciel solutions BigData/Prédictives Taille : 250 personnes Marchés : France et International (Présence dans 20 pays en Europe, Asie, US) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris/92 avec Télétravail hybride Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 2 ans pleins sur des sujets ML ou similaire (professionnelle, projet personnel, thèse, etc .. et vous avez pris en charge un projet machine learning depuis sa conception jusqu'à sa mise en production. Stack (Par ordre de priorité et d'importance) : Python/Go Java/Spark Spark ML, Spark Structured Streaming, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, HuggingFace, Pandas pour le Machine Learning HBase, ElasticSearch, Vector Database (Milvus) pour les Bases de données. Cloud computing (Compute Engine, BigQuery, Google Storage…) Organisation de l’équipe : 8 personnes (Data Scientists, Ingénieur Machine Learning, Ingénieurs Ops) Diplômes : Grande École d’Ingénieur ou Master en Stats/Machine Learning/Maths Info Langues : Anglais professionnel indispensable Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : CTO Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. CONTEXTE L’employeur conçoit des solutions d’Intelligence Artificielle Sémantique et permet aux experts du Marketing orienté Data d’acquérir une connaissance scientifique du consommateur, et une compréhension plus profonde de leur propres territoires de Marques. Ces solutions sont aujourd’hui utilisées par des grandes marques / Grands comptes dans une trentaine de pays dans le monde. Vous intégrez l’équipe Data Science qui partage son temps entre recherche Machine Learning, POCs, travail avec les équipes d’intégration, et codage d’applications et conçoit les produits de demain, explore en profondeur l’état de l’art et réalise des proofs of concepts de ses idées qui sont ensuite concrétisées via le développement d’applications puis leur maintien. Parmi ces projets concrets : élaboration des moteurs de recherche augmentés par le Deep Learning élaboration de générateurs de contenu élaboration d’ outils de détection de tendance sur le Web élaboration d’ outils d’extraction d’insights sur des corpora élaboration de moteurs auto-ml élaboration d’ outils d’annotation… MISSIONS Construction et Mise en production de solutions IA. Aussi bien en Python (langage 1er) qu’en Java et/ou Golang selon les exigences du projet Mise en production d’algorithmes de Machine Learning. Développement logiciel et test: construction d’API, les bases en réseau, utilisation du Shell, Tests. Participation aux POCs. Maintenance/évolution des services existants. Profil Vous êtes un ingénieur MLOPs, enthousiaste autour de l’IA. Vous avez une expérience de 2 ans minimum sur des sujets similaires (professionnel, projet personnel, thèse, etc ..). Fortes capacités en programmation (propre, lisible et facile à maintenir) : Python, Java, Go. Capacité à produire du code de qualité (commenté, réutilisable, packagé …) Rigueur dans le travail Esprit hacker, agilité A l’aise sur cette Stack technique : - Prédominance Python, Du Java/Spark et du Golang en complément. - Git, Github, Docker, gitlab-CI, Kubernetes, ArgoCD. - Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Hadoop Yarn, MessageQueue (RabbitMQ, Kafka) - Database: HBase, ElasticSearch, Vector Database (Milvus). - ML : Spark ML, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, SciPy, HuggingFace, Pandas - Restful API frame-work: Flask, FastAPI, SpringBoot. - Cloud: GCP ou AWS.
