POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : ESN / Intégrateur IT Taille : 18000 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Toulouse (31) Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 ans minimum Outils utilisés et à maitriser : Windows 10, SCCM, Intune, Nexthink, O365 Diplômes : Bac +4/5, École d’Ingénieur ou Télécom ou équivalent Langues : Anglais professionnel bienvenu Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Responsable des Opérations Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS Vous intervenez en tant qu’Ingénieur poste de travail H/F en CDI. Vous aurez la charge de l’administration des outils de déploiement (SCCM, Intune…) Vous aurez à établir et rédiger des processus opératoires, Vous accompagnez les équipes en place dans la prise en main, Vous aurez comme missions de déploiement applicatif la gestion du cycle de vie OS poste de travail via les outils d’administration (SCCM et Intune), la création puis la distribution des packages applicatifs (déploiements par vague ou à la demande pour l'ensemble des logiciels du catalogue applicatif (logiciels métiers, logiciels "boites" etc…)), Vous devrez effectuer le déploiement de patchs de sécurité : Qualification, test puis déploiement des patchs de sécurité proposés par les éditeurs (Microsoft étant l’acteur majeur). Vous serez garant de l’administration des appareils mobiles via Intune et l’intégration du matériel Apple : (Administration centralisée des appareils mobiles mis à la disposition des utilisateurs. Intune est la plateforme utilisée, des matériels Apple fait partie du parc). Profil Soft Skills Vous êtes diplômé BAC+5 d'une école d'ingénieur Vous avez la connaissance des Best Practices ITIL (gestion des incidents, gestion des problèmes, gestion des changements et mises en production) Vous êtes motivé par l’obtention de nouvelles certifications ; Vous avez le sens du service et vous êtes réactif et organisé ; Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais ; Minimum 5 ans d’expérience Travail d'équipe et sens de la performance. Capacité de travailler en équipe, leadership, réactivité. Bonne communication orale et écrite. Résistance au stress. Sens du service.
