MISSIONS Dans le cadre d’un nouveau contrat en Infogérance, vous intervenez en tant qu’Ingénieur poste de travail H/F en CDI. - Identifier ce qui n’est pas existant dans les référentiels DSI - Concernant ce scope d’applications non référencées à la DSI, déterminer les moyens par lesquels ces applications descendent actuellement sur les postes - Identifier des versions de produits obsolètes ou non supportées par les éditeurs - En déduire un socle d’applications supplémentaires à gérer par la DSI. Réaliser l’ensemble des packages manquant, les faire valider par un référent - Identifier d’éventuels dysfonctionnements à faire corriger par les acteurs DSI - Définir des profils métiers sur lesquels il faut déployer ou mettre à disposition des pools d’applications - En termes de performance, il faut également identifier à travers l’outil Nexthink les gros volumes d’applications dysfonctionnant sur le parc des postes de travail et identifier/traiter les causes racines Le but de la prestation sur laquelle vous intervenez consiste en particulier à avoir une meilleure connaissance des applications sur les postes de travail et à avoir un meilleur fonctionnement des applications sur les postes de travail. Les postes de travail sont en versions de Windows 10 LTSC et SAC. Ils doivent être maitrisés par la DSI, à travers essentiellement les outils SCCM et Nexthink. Profil Soft Skills 5 à 10 ans d’expérience Travail d'équipe et sens de la performance. Capacité de travailler en équipe, leadership, réactivité. Bonne communication orale et écrite. Résistance au stress. Sens du service.
