Un employeur leader européen de la conception et la construction d’immobilier d’entreprise « clé en main » pour la logistique, l’industrie, les parkings et le tertiaire ouvre un role d’ Ingénieur Projets Bâtiment/Construction confirmé en CDI sur Paris. POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Réalisation de projets d'immobilier d'entreprise Taille : 600 personnes au sein de cette filiale du Groupe Marchés : Présence internationale en France (15 sites), Europe (6 sites) et Asie (1 site) Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Paris (75). Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 5 ans Diplômes : (BAC +3/+5) et première expérience dans le domaine Background : 5 ans d'expérience minimum en construction, maîtrise d'oeuvre et/ou au sein d'une entreprise tout corps d'état Mobilité : 3 jours par semaine en moyenne Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSIONS Rattaché au Directeur de Projets, vous êtes responsable de vos projets de A à Z et de leur livraison clés en main, et etes garant de leur performance globale (planning, management des entreprises, budget, sécurité et qualité), de l’étude (analyse et optimisation du projet avec l’appui des BE), de la consultation (montage des DCE, analyse des offres, recalage technique, négociations, achats) à la réception des bâtiments (coordination des travaux en phase réalisation, levée des réserves GPA et SAV). . Vous travaillez sur la conception, la planification, la coordination et la gestion de projets immobiliers en veillant à ce que les projets soient réalisés dans le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité, tout en minimisant leur impact environnemental dans les différentes phases des projets. Vos missions principales : - En phase de consultation : montage des DCE, analyse des offres, recalage technique, négociations, achats - En phase d'études : analyse et optimisation du projet avec l’appui des Bureaux d'Etudes - En phase de réalisation : planning, management des entreprises, coordination des travaux, budget, sécurité et qualité - En phase de réception des bâtiments : levée des réserves GPA et SAV En étroite collaboration avec les clients, les sous-traitants et les équipes internes de l'entreprise, vous contribuez à assurer la réussite des projets immobiliers de l'entreprise et à atteindre les objectifs de développement durable de vos clients. Profil Diplômé·e d’une école d’Ingénieur·e en Génie Civil / Bâtiment (Obligatoire) Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans (hors stages et alternance) en tant qu'Ingénieur·e travaux / Ingénieur·e de Projet TCE Anglais correct souhaité (clientèle française et internationale) Curieux·se, organisé·e et rigoureux·se Aisance relationnelle et capacité à communiquer de manière saine et bienveillante avec vos collaborateurs/interlocuteurs Savoir-être et capacité d’adaptation à différents projets Gout pour la gestion de projet et le travail en équipe Informations contractuelles Formation lors de l’intégration : Parcours d’intégration sur mesure avec le Directeur de Projet Avantages : Tickets resto | Mutuelle et prévoyance d'entreprise prise en charge à 100%| Télétravail à hauteur de 4 jours/mois | Véhicule de fonction | 13ème mois | bonus individuel | primes d’intéressement et de participation | 13 jours de RTT/an | Avantages CSE (voyages, chèques vacances, locations saisonnières, frais de loisirs…) Possibilités d’évolution : possibilités d’évolution vers un role de Directeur de Projet.
