MISSIONS : Expert en Administration et Gestion des Infrastructures informatiques vous etes responsable de la conception, de l’installation, la configuration, la maintenance, l’administration et de l’optimisation des systèmes d’exploitation et des serveurs. Vous garantissez la performance, la sécurité et la disponibilité des environnements informatiques de l’entreprise, et intervenez également sur l’automatisation des tâches, le support technique avancé et la veille technologique pour anticiper les évolutions du secteur. VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SONT : Concevoir, mettre en place et administrer les architectures systèmes (Windows, Linux, Unix, etc.). Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes d’exploitation et des infrastructures. Assurer la gestion des mises à jour, des correctifs de sécurité et des optimisations des performances. Automatiser les tâches récurrentes et développer des scripts d’administration. Définir et mettre en œuvre les politiques de sauvegarde et de récupération en cas d’incident. Superviser les systèmes via des outils de monitoring et assurer le reporting. Gérer les incidents de niveau 2 et 3 et proposer des solutions pérennes. Participer aux projets d’évolution de l’infrastructure en lien avec les équipes IT et les partenaires externes. Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique et les procédures internes. Assurer une veille technologique afin d’anticiper les évolutions et innovations dans le domaine. Performance des serveurs : Surveillance des temps de réponse et des charges système. Taux de réussite des mises à jour : Pourcentage des mises à jour appliquées sans incident. Respect des SLA : Respect des engagements de niveaux de service (SLA) définis. Conformité en cybersécurité : Respect des normes de sécurité et taux de vulnérabilités corrigées. Efficacité des processus d’automatisation : Réduction du temps d’exécution des tâches répétitives.
