Un bureau d'Etudes spécialisé dans l’implémentation de l'Automatisation, la Digitalisation et le Service Engineering ouvre un role de Lead Technique Projet en CDI sur Bruxelles. POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Bureau d'études Automation et Digitalisation à destination des industriels (Sciences de la vie) Marchés : Belgique et International Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Bruxelles. Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 10 ans sur un poste similaire Diplômes : (BAC +3/+5) et solide expérience Background : Expérience avérée en tant que Lead Project Engineer sur des projets digitaux, d'automatisation, de digitalisation (incluant IOT, IA....) Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSION : En tant que Lead Technique Projet (Digitalisation et Automatisation), vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la réalisation de projets complexes d'automatisation et de digitalisation. Vous serez également responsable de la définition de l'architecture technique, de la conception des solutions techniques, de la planification des tâches et de la gestion des budgets. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes clés afin de fournir des solutions innovantes aux clients. -Vous gérez et dirigez des projets d'automatisation et de digitalisation variés, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et conformément aux exigences de qualité. -Définir la stratégie technique et l'architecture des projets, en tenant compte des besoins des parties prenantes et des contraintes techniques. -Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes clés, telles que les chefs d'équipe, les responsables commerciaux et les clients, pour comprendre leurs besoins et s'assurer que les projets répondent à leurs attentes. -Identifier et évaluer les nouvelles technologies d'automatisation et de digitalisation, et fournir des recommandations techniques afin d’améliorer les processus et produits de nos clients. -Rester à jour sur les dernières tendances et les bonnes pratiques en matière d'automatisation et de digitalisation. -Gérer les risques et les problèmes liés aux projets, en prenant des mesures proactives pour les atténuer. -Préparer et présenter des rapports sur l'avancement des projets aux parties prenantes clés. Profil - Maîtrise en génie civil ou industriel, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine équivalent. - Maîtrise des outils de Gestion de projet : de type MS Project, Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello, Notion, Redmine... - Appétence ou connaissance des univers Sciences de la Vie, Oil and Gas, Tertiaire - Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de leadership. - Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à de nouveaux environnements et à apprendre de nouvelles technologies. - Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en collaboration. - Compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles pour la rédaction de cahiers des charges. - Expertise avancée dans le domaine de la Digitalisation et/ou de l'Automatisation, avec une maîtrise des outils informatiques courants. - Bonne connaissance des normes GxP et des réglementations en vigueur. - Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral. La maîtrise du Néerlandais est un atout. - L'esprit d'analyse, la rigueur dans le travail et la capacité à gérer les priorités, et à certains moments quelques projets en simultané sont des atouts distinctifs.
