Un groupe international spécialisé dans la fabrication de plastiques/caoutchouc basé à Montluçon ouvre un rôle d'Adjoint au Manager HSE en CDI. POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Industriel / fabricant de plastiques Taille : 60000 personnes dans le Monde Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI, en présentiel Lieu du poste : Montluçon (03) Contexte du poste : Création de poste Salaire : de 50 à 70k€ selon niveau de séniorité Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 5 ans minimum Diplômes : Bac +4/5 en HSE, ingénieurie industrielle ou équivalent Langues : Anglais professionnel souhaité Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Assister le responsable HSE dans la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l’amélioration continue de la politique Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement du site industriel, en garantissant la conformité réglementaire et en favorisant une culture sécurité forte. SUIVI REGLEMENTAIRE ET CONFORMITE : Participer à la veille réglementaire HSE. Contribuer à la mise en conformité des installations et des pratiques. Préparer les audits internes et externes. GESTION DES RISQUES : Identifier les dangers et évaluer les risques professionnels. Proposer et suivre les plans d’action correctifs et préventifs. Participer aux analyses d’accidents et incidents. ANIMATION HSE : Sensibiliser et former le personnel aux bonnes pratiques HSE. Organiser des campagnes de prévention et des exercices de sécurité. Participer aux réunions sécurité et aux inspections terrain. DOCUMENTATION ET REPORTING : Mettre à jour les documents HSE (DUERP, procédures, consignes). Suivre les indicateurs HSE et produire les rapports mensuels. PROJETS D'AMELIORATION CONTINUE : Contribuer à des projets transverses (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.). Profil - Formation Bac+5 en HSE, ingénierie industrielle ou équivalent ; - Expérience de 5 ans en environnement industriel ; - Connaissance des risques chimiques, mécaniques et environnementaux, des normes ISO et des référentiels HSE ; - Anglais professionnel. Compétences techniques - Maîtrise de la réglementation HSE applicable en milieu industriel - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et logiciels HSE - Connaissance des outils d’analyse de risques (AMDEC, arbre des causes, etc.) - Compétences en gestion de projet et animation de groupes de travail Informations contractuelles Avantages : mutuelle / participation / intéressement / RTT / Tickets restaurant / 13ème mois / Avantages CSE Pas de télétravail possible sur ce poste !
