Déplacements professionnels : à prévoir au niveau régional pour visiter les clients Administratif : L'employeur accepte les candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) sous certaines conditions MISSIONS : Vous rejoignez un Cabinet Conseil majeur qui audite aujourd’hui en France près de 90 sociétés cotées, dont 2 sociétés appartenant au CAC 40, 8 à l’indice SBF 120 et plus globalement plus de 120 Entités d’Intérêt Public (EIP). Sur la France uniquement le Cabinet a plus de 1 300 clients, tous secteurs d’activité confondus, allant des entreprises du middle market aux groupes du CAC40, en passant par des start-up et sociétés cotées au SBF120. Au sein de l’équipe Expertise Conseil du bureau d’Orléans, vous intégrerez une équipe structurée réalisant des missions d’expertise comptable, de conseil et d’accompagnement auprès des grandes et moyennes entreprises. Vous aurez la charge d’un portefeuille clients. Dans ce cadre, en lien direct avec l’ associée et les séniors managers, vous serez amené à : Organiser les interventions des équipes sur des missions de tenue comptable ou de révision jusqu'à l'établissement du reporting, du bilan et de la liasse fiscale, Encadrer les équipes au quotidien au travers de leur supervision, de leur formation et de la gestion des plannings Gérer la mission grâce au suivi du budget, des lettres de mission ainsi que de la facturation Participer aux différents projets transverses du métier Intervenir dans l’accompagnement de vos clients au travers de missions complémentaires à forte valeur ajoutée. Profil De formation comptable supérieure (DSCG, Master CCA…), Expert-Comptable stagiaire, mémorialiste ou diplômé, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans au sein d'un cabinet d'expertise comptable. Expériences managériales avéréées et réelles capacités à motiver son équipe, et à résoudre les problèmes clients. Votre écoute active permettra de déceler les besoins des clients et participera ainsi au développement de votre portefeuille. Doté d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous savez allier la rigueur, la méthode, le sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse. Curieux, dynamique, autonome, vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de leadership.
