POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Grand Cabinet d’audit et de conseil Taille : 75 000 personnes Monde et 750 Bureaux sur 130 pays couverts Marchés : France et international Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Lille Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en Cabinet de Conseil/Audit Diplômes : Formation comptable supérieure (DSCG, Master CCA…) Langues : Anglais professionnel bienvenu mais non requis. Déplacements professionnels : à prévoir au niveau régional pour visiter les clients Administratif : L'employeur accepte les candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) sous certaines conditions MISSIONS : Vous rejoignez un Cabinet Conseil majeur qui audite aujourd’hui en France près de 90 sociétés cotées, dont 2 sociétés appartenant au CAC 40, 8 à l’indice SBF 120 et plus globalement plus de 120 Entités d’Intérêt Public (EIP). Sur la France uniquement le Cabinet a plus de 1 300 clients, tous secteurs d’activité confondus, allant des entreprises du middle market aux groupes du CAC40, en passant par des start-up et sociétés cotées au SBF120. En tant que Manager, vous encadrez les équipes et les accompagnez dans leur évolution, vous assurez la relation clients, et coordonnez les travaux de due diligence financière : Due diligence d'acquisition (analyse de la performance historique et du Business Plan), Vendor due diligence (préparation de rapport pour le cédant), Vendor assistance (assistance lors du processus de cession), Assistance sur points spécifiques (détermination du prix, ajustements, modélisation des effets comptables post-deal) et utilisation d'outils d'IA pour l'analyse de données Requirements Titulaire d'une formation supérieure de type école de commerce, Master 2 ou Expertise comptable. Expérience d'au moins 6 ans acquise majoritairement en Transaction Services au sein d'un cabinet de Conseil, d'une boutique M&A, ou d'un fond de Private Equity. Maîtrise confirmée des missions de due diligence financière (Buy-side, Sell-side, Vendor Assistance). Capacité démontrée à encadrer des équipes et à piloter la relation client sur des projets complexes. Qualités requises : Bon communicant. Capacité d'investissement dans des projets complexes. Qualités d'analyse et de synthèse. Votre écoute active permettra de déceler les besoins des clients et participera ainsi au développement de votre portefeuille. Doté d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous savez allier la rigueur, la méthode, le sens de l'analyse et de la synthèse. Curieux, dynamique, autonome, vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de leadership.
