Un bureau d'Etudes spécialisé dans l’implémentation de l'Automatisation, la Digitalisation et le Service Engineering ouvre un role de Project Engineer en CDI sur Bruxelles. POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Bureau d'études Automation et Digitalisation à destination des industriels (Sciences de la vie) Marchés : Belgique et International Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Bruxelles. Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 4 ans sur un poste similaire Diplômes : (BAC +3/+5) et première expérience dans le domaine Background : Expérience avérée en tant que Project Engineer sur des projets digitaux, d'automatisation, de digitalisation (incluant IOT, IA....) Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSION : En tant qu'Ingénieur Chef de Projet, vous serez impliqué dans toutes les phases des projets, de la faisabilité à la conception, y compris le support pendant l'exécution du projet, ainsi que la fourniture d'un support Technique et Qualité. Vos responsabilités quotidiennes nécessiteront une forte autonomie et la capacité de communiquer efficacement avec les différentes parties prenantes, tant internes qu'externes. Diriger des projets de numérisation et d'automatisation : Analyser les besoins des clients et les traduire en exigences techniques. Définir l'architecture des solutions techniques. Rédiger les spécifications. Assurer le déploiement du projet. Développer de nouvelles solutions innovantes : Identifier les technologies émergentes dans le domaine de la digitalisation et de l'automatisation industrielle (IoT, AI, etc.). Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Assurer la conformité réglementaire (GxP) et connaissance des bonnes pratique de fabrication. Optimiser les processus de fabrication : Analyser les processus existants et identifier les leviers d'amélioration. Identifier et évaluer les nouvelles technologies d'automatisation et de digitalisation, et fournir des recommandations techniques. Profil Maîtrise en génie civil ou industriel, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un domaine équivalent. Maîtrise des outils de Gestion de projet : de type MS Project, Asana, Monday, Jira, Trello, Notion, Redmine... Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de leadership. Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à de nouveaux environnements et à apprendre de nouvelles technologies. Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en collaboration. Compétences analytiques et rédactionnelles pour la rédaction de cahiers des charges. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral. La maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout. Expertise avancée dans le domaine de l'automatisation, la numérisation et/ou de l'automatisation, avec une maîtrise des outils informatiques courants. Bonne connaissance des normes GxP et des réglementations en vigueur. L'esprit d'analyse, la rigueur dans le travail et la capacité à gérer les priorités, et à certains moments quelques projets en simultané sont des atouts distinctifs.
