Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dont une expérience significative sur un poste similaire Diplômes : (BAC +3/+5) Background : Expérience dans la Logistique et dans le déploiement d'un WMS / TMS / WCS Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSION Rattaché au Responsable Etudes & Organisation au sein de l'équipe Logistique, vous avez pour missions de piloter les différents projets liés à la transformation digitale de la Supply Chain. Vous etes le relais entre la logistique et l'IT et vos missions sont les suivantes : Cadrer les projets et mener des études amonts (recueil et analyse des besoins, rédaction des cahiers des charges, estimation des charges et des coûts) ; Piloter l’organisation, la planification et le suivi du déploiement des projets WMS / TMS en lien avec la direction Supply Chain ; Elaborer la stratégie de recette et des plans de tests ; Modéliser les processus métiers et mettre en œuvre une démarche d’amélioration continue avec les équipes sur le terrain ; Accompagner le changement auprès des parties prenantes (formation, documentation, assistance au démarrage) ; Assurer un excellent niveau de maintien en condition opérationnelle du Système d’Information Supply Chain. Profil De formation BAC+4/+5 spécialisé en IT. Expérience probante en gestion de projets et en implémentation de WMS / TMS / WCS avec une forte dominante IT / Supply Chain (gestion d’entrepôt, transport, automatisation / mécanisation…). Expérience dans l’univers de la logistique de distribution et/ou retail. Aisance dans les interactions à la fois avec L'IT et la Logisitique pour lesquels vous serez le point central de communication. Capacité à interagir avec ces parties prenantes avec pédagogie, diplomatie et à les fédérer autour de vous. Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se). Excellentes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles. Force de proposition, capable de challenger les équipes métiers sur les processus actuels. Maîtrise de plusieurs WMS / TMS / WCS du marché. Solides compétences en SQL. Forte appétence pour la data. Anglais technique souhaité.
