Taille : 400 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Grenoble (38) Contexte du poste : Création de poste Salaire : de 60 à 75k€ Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 4 ans minimum Outils, technologies utilisés et à maitriser : C, Python, C / microcontrôleur / basse tension. Diplômes : Bac +4/5, Master, École d’Ingénieur ou équivalent Langues : Anglais professionnel souhaité mais pas nécéssaire Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Le CTO Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : - Manager une équipe d'ingénieurs en développement logiciel embarqué. - Gérer les ressources, le recrutement interne et externe (prestataires de services). - Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires (Projet, Électronique, Validation, Mécanique, Innovation, Digital Factory) pour concevoir les logiciels des futurs produits d'alarme intrusion et incendie, en intégrant les dernières technologies. - Participer au développement logiciel de nos produits. - Définir l'architecture logicielle des produits avec l'équipe. - Piloter les évolutions des systèmes d'intrusion et d'incendie afin de répondre aux nouvelles exigences. - Optimiser l'organisation de l'équipe, garantir l'application des bonnes pratiques métier et assurer un haut niveau de qualité des développements. - Veiller à la conformité des exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, ainsi qu'à l'atteinte des niveaux de performance attendus. - Collaborer avec les équipes test et industrialisation, développer les logiciels de test pour la production et assurer le support lors de la mise en production et de la montée en cadence. - Travailler avec des partenaires externes (co-développement, audit technique, suivi). - Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité des produits (expertise, analyse de défaillance, recherche des causes racines), organiser le support en fonction des retours des filiales, des clients et de l'assistance technique. - Développer et implémenter des solutions de cybersécurité afin de protéger les données sensibles, garantissant ainsi la fiabilité et la sécurité des plateformes grâce aux technologies les plus avancées. Profil De solides connaissances en langage de programmation C, Python, et développement sur microcontrôleur avec optimisation de la consommation. Diplômé d'une école d'ingénieur avec une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine de l'embarqué. Capacité à aligner les priorités opérationnelles avec la stratégie globale de l'entreprise. Aptitude à prendre des décisions efficaces sur le plan opérationnel, à court et moyen terme. Leadership d'équipe. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité d'analyse, votre rigueur, votre autonomie ainsi que votre capacité de travailler en équipe. Maîtrise de l'anglais pour échanger avec les filiales européennes.
