Un Groupe Industriel spécialisé dans l’univers PVC/ALU/BOIS autour d’un portefeuille de 10 marques ouvre un rôle de Responsable projet ERP et SI en CDI sur Châteauroux (36) POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : R&D, Conception et fabrication de solutions et infrastructures PVC/ALU/BOIS Taille : 800 personnes, 7 sites de Production Marchés : France Type et Lieu du poste : CDI - Région de Chateauroux. Contexte du poste : Création de poste Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : Au moins 5 ans sur un poste similaire Diplômes : (BAC +4/+5, Master, Ecole d'Ingénieur et première expérience dans le domaine Background : Expérience dans le secteur . Administratif : L’employeur n’accepte pas de candidatures nécessitant des démarches administratives pour une autorisation de travail (permis de séjour, permis de travail, autorisations diverses ...) MISSION Au sein du Pole SI et rattaché(e) au Directeur général, vous êtes responsable du bon fonctionnement, de la maintenance et de l'évolution du SI en cohérence avec les choix du groupe. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur principal des utilisateurs métiers pour recueillir leurs besoins, les accompagner et piloter les projets de transformation ou d'amélioration du système. Vos missions sont les suivantes : 1/ Pilotage du SI local - Assurer la bonne continuité de service des systèmes d'information au sein de la filiale. - Être garant de la qualité, de la disponibilité et de la sécurité du SI local. - Superviser et coordonner les projets informatiques locaux, en alignement avec les directives de la DSI Groupe. 2/Interface avec la DSI Groupe - Assurer la mise en oeuvre locale des politiques, standards, et solutions définis par la DSI Groupe (sécurité, architecture, ERP, outils collaboratifs...). - Participer aux comités SI du Groupe pour représenter les besoins spécifiques de la filiale. - Être force de proposition auprès du Groupe sur les problématiques locales. 3/ Paramétrage & Support & Infrastructure - Gérer les infrastructures locales (réseaux, serveurs, postes utilisateurs). - Superviser le support utilisateurs de niveau 1 et 2, piloté par le technicien SI. - Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des équipements (matériels, logiciels, téléphonie...). - Assurer les formations utilisateurs - Construire avec les utilisateurs finaux les analyses fonctionnelles ainsi que les différents cahiers des charges nécessaires à la sélection des fournisseurs ou aux paramétrages métiers interne - Mettre en place les paramétrages et configurations métiers - Organiser les phases de tests, de formation et de validation avec les utilisateurs. - Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les demandes d'évolution ou de correction 4/ Gestion de projets - Définir et piloter les projets SI locaux (migration, déploiement, amélioration continue...). - Assurer le suivi budgétaire des projets SI de la filiale. - Planifier et suivre l'exécution avec le technicien SI ou des prestataires externes. 5/ Management & coordination - Encadrer et accompagner le technicien SI : objectifs, développement des compétences, priorisation des tâches. - Coordonner les prestataires externes éventuels (maintenance, infogérance, déploiement...). Profil Profil Ingénieur ERP avec de réelles compétences Projet et ayant travaillé dans le milieu industriel Idéalement une maîtrise des Applications et Progiciels Métiers suivants : Diapason, Dynamics365 Connaissance des données techniques liées aux produits et la gestion de projets. 5 ans à un poste similaire (en CDI) de responsable SI dans une PME ou petite structure entre 50 et 200 personnes (typé industrie idéalement) Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste (Bac +5) avec une spécialisation ou une appétence pour les systèmes d'information. Aisance sur les volets ERP, serveur, cybersécurité, infrastructure, application et progiciel métier Leadership démontré, organisé(e), rigoureux(euse) et doté(e) d'un bon relationnel. Souhait d'intégrer une équipe dynamique et partager nos projets.
