A B2C/B2B Crypto asset brokerage offering customers a secure and user-friendly platform for digital asset investments is hiring an experienced Technical Lead Developer with strong fullstack .NET and NodeJs experience. Their solution improves the risk-adjusted return of crypto investing to deliver higher performance for smart money by driving down real and perceived risks enabling customers to trade with confidence. You will join a small but dynamic team and will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the company’s cryptoasset exchange platform, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and seamless integration of new technologies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the company’s growth and shape the future of digital asset investments. You will work with a talented and driven group of professionals who share a passion for digital assets and financial innovation. MISSIONS : ● Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using .NET and NodeJS (TypeScript) for backend development and React/Angular (TypeScript) for frontend. ● Convert outcome statements from the product team into technical specifications for the engineering team and ensure the defined outcomes are delivered ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. ● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. ● Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. ● Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends in blockchain and crypto technology. ● Complete the transformation of existing system into a microservices architecture. ● Integrating existing system with a new crypto exchange platform. Profil ● Proven experience as a Tech Lead (Minimum 3 years experience as a Tech Lead for teams of over 5 staff). ● Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. ● Strong knowledge of .NET frameworks, NodeJS, and TypeScript. ● Experience with RESTful APIs and web socket connections. ● Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS. ● Crypto/Blockchain Commercial experience ● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ● Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. ● BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ● Good communication skills. ● Ability to lead and inspire a team. ● Strong tech project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Creative thinker with the ability to identify and solve problems. EXPECTED PROFESSIONAL HABITS : ● Quality Focus: Maintain a high standard of code quality. This includes adhering to best practices in coding, conducting thorough testing, and being meticulous in code reviews. ● Security Awareness: Given the nature of the crypto industry, having a strong awareness and understanding of security best practices is essential. ● Proactive Risk Management: Anticipate potential risks in software development and crypto-related activities. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks. ● Innovative Thinking: Encourage creativity and innovation. Explore new approaches and solutions to complex problems, especially those unique to the crypto industry. ● Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest in .NET, TypeScript, and related technologies. Proactively learning about new trends and advancements in the crypto and blockchain space is vital. ● Effective Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical team members. Foster open communication within the team and across departments. ● Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead by example and encourage teamwork. Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members, promoting a collaborative team environment. ● Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Approach problems systematically and creatively. Be adept at identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues efficiently. ● Adaptability and Flexibility: Be open to change and able to adapt strategies and tactics in a fast-paced, evolving industry. This includes being receptive to new ideas and approaches from team members. ● Time Management and Prioritization: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones.
