POINTS CLES DU POSTE : Métier de l’employeur : Intégrateur et opérateur de flux dématérialisés et spécialiste de l'Echanges de données EDI/EDTI et interconnexions Réseaux Taille : 20 personnes Marchés : France et International Type de poste : CDI avec Télétravail hybride Lieu du poste : Plaisir (78) Contexte du poste : Remplacement de collaborateur et accroissement d"activité Salaire : Jusque 35k€ Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus : 1 an minimum Outils, technologies utilisés et à maitriser : EDI, Linux, Shell, PHP, XSLT, Standard EDIFACT Diplômes : Bac +2/BTS/DUT ou autodidacte avec solide base technique Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct : Votre manager Astreintes : Travail en astreintes assurées à tour de rôle dans l'équipe (uniquement en réaction aux alertes sms et afin de garantir la continuité du service) Administratif : Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail. MISSIONS : Au sein de l'équipe EDI (5 personnes) et sous la direction opérationnelle du Team Leader, vous participez à la maintenance opérationnelle du RVA (réseau à valeur ajoutée) et au support client. Vos missions seront les suivantes : - Répondre aux incidents de fonctionnement du RVA signalés par la supervision ou par les clients. - Traitement des besoins des nouveaux clients et les connexions vers les nouveaux partenaires. - Déploiement des nouveaux projets clients, et dans ce cadre : Gestion de la relation avec le client et ses partenaires. - Routage et suivi des messages et flux quotidiens. - Support aux commerciaux dans la construction de leurs offres. - Maintenance opérationnelle du réseau à valeur ajoutée (RVA) et support clients. - Surveillance du système, réaction aux alertes et correction des anomalies, répondre aux incidents de fonctionnement du RVA signalés par la supervision ou par les clients. - Mise en place du traitement des besoins des nouveaux clients et connexion vers les nouveaux partenaires. - A terme administrer le support de multiples technologies en matière de traitement et de transmission de l'information. Profil - Compétences en développement (l'employeur est assez ouvert sur le langage de programmation/développement) - Connaissance réelle et opérationnelle des principaux messages EDI, à minima en syntaxe EDIFACT - Maîtrise de Linux et du Shell - connaissance des langages PHP et XSLT grandement appréciée - Autonome et dynamique, volontaire, curieux et investi - Gout du contact client, excellente communication orale et écrite. - Doté d'une envie de découvrir des technologies et progresser dans l'EDI - Une ambition à évoluer à divers niveaux de compétences et de responsabilités, - Excellence résistance au stress, - Niveau d'Anglais écrit et parlé correct. - Idéalement vous disposez d'un véhicule personnel pour vous rendre sur le lieu de travail - Vous habitez le 78, 27, 28, 92 Ouest ou Paris Ouest et etes à maximum 1h de trajet de Plaisir Informations contractuelles Parcours d'intégration : Programme d’on-boarding avec le Manager et le Chef de Projet - Formation consistante prévue sur les différents standards de messages EDI, les divers protocoles utilisés, les outils et méthodes internes Avantages : Tickets restaurant / Mutuelle / Primes / 12 RTT / Télétravail partiel (1j/Semaine) Déroulé du processus de recrutement : 3 entretiens sont prévus : Entretien Team Manager Entretien Dirigeant Entretien RH - Offre d'emploi
