🎯 ¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?

  • Llevar adelante el ciclo completo de reclutamiento para perfiles IT (Soliis, Desarrolladores, Arquitectos, DevOps, PMs, etc.).
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de hunting creativo en LinkedIn y otras plataformas.
  • Realizar entrevistas iniciales, evaluaciones de fit cultural y seguimiento técnico.
  • Ser el nexo clave entre los candidatos y los líderes de proyecto, garantizando una experiencia ágil y humana (Candidate Experience).
  • Mantener actualizado nuestro pipeline de talento.

💻 ¿Qué buscamos en vos?

  • Experiencia comprobable de al menos 2 o 3 años en reclutamiento de perfiles de tecnología (excluyente).
  • Conocimiento sólido del ecosistema IT (entendimiento de stacks, metodologías ágiles y roles del sector).
  • Autonomía, proactividad y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades.
  • Plus: Inglés avanzado y manejo de agentes de IA para optimizar procesos de sourcing y selección.
