En Suessa buscamos un/a Líder de Productos y Servicios Digitales para integrarse a Grupo OMINT, compañía en constante evolución y crecimiento, líder en brindar servicios de salud y seguros.

Este rol reporta a Gerente de Productos y Servicios Digitales.

.| Propósito del Puesto:

Liderar el diseño, implementación y evolución de los productos digitales de la Unidad de Negocios de Clínicas, asegurando soluciones simples e integradas, con foco en la experiencia (UX) de pacientes, profesionales de la salud y financiadores. Asimismo, promover la creación de canales digitales que generen valor y nuevas oportunidades de ingresos.

.| Principales responsabilidades:

Diseñar soluciones digitales y experiencia (UX): Diseñar la experiencia de usuario de los productos digitales; Definir journeys, flujos y esquemas funcionales; Asegurar coherencia entre soluciones.

Efectuar relevamiento y definición funcional: Relevar necesidades del negocio y la operación; Definir requerimientos funcionales y criterios de aceptación; Priorizar mejoras según impacto.

Articular con IT: Coordinar con IT la definición de requerimientos tecnológicos; Validar viabilidad técnica de las soluciones; Acompañar desarrollos e implementaciones.

Liderar Implementaciones: Armar el plan de proyecto; Dar seguimiento del proyecto para su implementación en tiempo forma; Alertar de desvíos; Verificar cumplimiento de lo definido.

Gestionar incidentes funcionales: Analizar incidentes de uso/proceso; Coordinar resolución con IT y áreas usuarias; Identificar causas raíz.

Articular soluciones con el resto de las unidades de negocio del Grupo OMINT

.| Requisitos:

  • Formación: Graduado/a o Estudiante avanzado/a en Sistemas, Diseño UX o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en roles de gestión de producto digital y/o análisis funcional, trabajando como nexo entre el negocio y IT, diseñando soluciones digitales end‑to‑end y experiencia de usuario (UX).
  • Metodologías y herramientas: Gestión de proyectos PM, dominio de metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban), diseño centrado en el usuario, herramientas de gestión de producto.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio.
  • Enfocamos la búsqueda en una persona con fuerte orientación al cliente, pensamiento estratégico y analítico, liderazgo colaborativo, excelente comunicación y capacidad para influir a distintos niveles de la organización. Buscamos proactividad, resolución de problemas y visión de negocio.
