En Suessa nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente Ejecutivo de Administración y Planeamiento para la División Clínicas para sumarse al equipo de trabajo de Grupo OMINT, compañía líder en brindar servicios y cobertura en salud.

El objetivo principal de la posición es liderar la gestión administrativa integral de la División Clínicas, asegurando procesos eficientes, información confiable y capacidades de planificación estratégica que permitan sostener la operación, optimizar recursos y potenciar el negocio.

Esta función actúa como el principal articulador entre la División Clínicas y las funciones corporativas de Administración y Finanzas, integrando en el nuevo modelo organizacional las áreas de administración, facturación, costos, planeamiento y control de gestión.

Responsabilidades Estratégicas

  • Liderazgo de Procesos Administrativos: Dirigir, supervisar y optimizar la operación administrativa diaria de la División Clínicas.
  • Gestión Operativa y Comercial: Coordinar y controlar la facturación, el seguimiento de débitos y la administración de honorarios médicos.
  • Información Gerencial y Control de Gestión: Desarrollar tableros de control e informes analíticos que transformen los datos en herramientas de gestión operativa y estratégica.
  • Planeamiento Económico y Presupuesto: Coordinar el diseño, ejecución y seguimiento del presupuesto de la división.
  • Medición e Indicadores: Diseñar y liderar la evolución de los KPIs económicos y operativos del área.
  • Optimización de Costos y Mejora Continua: Identificar oportunidades de eficiencia, reducción de costos e impulso de proyectos de mejora continua en los procesos.
  • Articulación Corporativa: Garantizar una comunicación fluida y alineada con la Dirección Corporativa de Administración y Finanzas.
  • Cumplimiento y Governance: Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas institucionales, estándares de control interno y SLAs administrativos.
  • Proyectos Estratégicos: Acompañar y dar soporte analítico al desarrollo de nuevas iniciativas dentro del nuevo modelo organizacional.

Principales Desafíos del Rol

  • Transformar la información analítica en una herramienta activa de gestión y decisión gerencial.
  • Elevar los niveles de eficiencia y la integración de procesos dentro de la División Clínicas.
  • Fortalecer el planeamiento económico y optimizar la estructura de costos.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación Académica: Profesionales graduados/as en Contador Público, Lic. en Administración, Lic. en Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 8 años de trayectoria progresiva en posiciones directivas o gerenciales dentro de las áreas de Administración, Control de Gestión y Planeamiento.
  • Será valorada la experiencia previa en el sector de la salud o gestión sanatorial (no excluyente).
  • Conocimientos Técnicos: Sólido dominio de análisis de rentabilidad, gestión presupuestaria, evaluación de servicios tercerizados y modelos de eficiencia operativa.
