En Suessa nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente de Unidad Centros Ambulatorios para sumarse a la División Clínicas de Grupo OMINT, compañía líder en brindar servicios y cobertura en salud.

Quien ocupe el rol liderará integralmente el negocio ambulatorio y odontológico de la División Clínicas, garantizando un modelo de atención centrado en el paciente que combine excelencia asistencial, productividad, sustentabilidad económica y crecimiento, promoviendo la integración entre los centros, el cuerpo médico y las áreas transversales de la organización.

Es responsable por el desempeño integral de la red ambulatoria, impulsando la mejora continua de la operación, la rentabilidad por centro y la expansión de servicios, alineado con la estrategia de la División Clínicas.

Este rol reporta al Director General de la División Clínicas.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Gestión Estratégica y de Negocio: Acordar con la Alta Dirección la estrategia general de la unidad y diseñar, en conjunto con el área Comercial, nuevos productos e iniciativas para maximizar la rentabilidad de cada centro.
  • Liderazgo Operativo y Asistencial: Garantizar el desempeño operativo, económico y clínico de la red, asegurando estándares homogéneos de calidad de atención centrados en el paciente.
  • Optimización de Capacidad: Desarrollar e implementar planes para incrementar la productividad, optimizar la utilización de la capacidad instalada y reducir tasas de cancelaciones y ausentismo.
  • Relacionamiento Médico: Fortalecer el vínculo y alineamiento estratégico con el cuerpo médico ambulatorio.
  • Transformación Digital e Innovación: Impulsar la digitalización de procesos de la mano de Tecnología y PMO.
  • Gestión de Indicadores: Monitorear el cumplimiento del presupuesto, evaluar los KPIs de la red y representar a la unidad de negocio ante la Dirección General y áreas corporativas.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación Académica: Titulados/as universitarios/as en Ciencias Económicas, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
  • Especialización: Formación o conocimientos sólidos en Gestión de Salud o Dirección Ejecutiva.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 8 años en posiciones de liderazgo sobre operaciones ambulatorias o unidades de negocio dentro del sector salud.
  • Competencias clave: Visión estratégica, orientación al paciente y a resultados, capacidad de gestión matricial, liderazgo transformacional y pensamiento analítico.
