En Suessa nos encontramos en la búsqueda de perfiles comerciales proactivos, dinámicos y con un fuerte perfil vendedor para incorporarse al equipo de una reconocida marca líder en confort y descanso, para locales ubicados en Córdoba Capital.

Propósito del Rol:

Serás responsable de llevar adelante el proceso completo de ventas, desde la gestión proactiva de potenciales clientes hasta el cierre efectivo de operaciones, garantizando una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión integral de ventas: Asesoramiento personalizado, identificación de necesidades, presentación de productos, confección y seguimiento de presupuestos a través de diversos canales (teléfono, WhatsApp, email, redes sociales).
  • Operación de caja y administración: Facturación, cobranza, manejo de Posnet y controles pertinentes. Registro y actualización de datos en el sistema CRM y planillas de la empresa.
  • Apertura y cierre del local: Cumplimiento estricto de los horarios comerciales del shopping, garantizando la correcta apertura y cierre de la tienda.
  • Seguimiento Post-Venta y Reclamos: Control de las operaciones hasta la entrega del producto, confirmando la satisfacción total del cliente y gestionando reclamos hasta su resolución.
  • Mantenimiento del Punto de Venta: Colocación de material POP, mantenimiento del orden, la limpieza del salón de ventas y, eventualmente, entrega de pedidos urgentes.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos: Trabajar en base a metas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, participando activamente en las capacitaciones de producto y políticas de la marca.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación académica: Secundario completo (excluyente). Se valorará formación terciaria/universitaria en Comercialización, Administración, Marketing o afines.
  • Experiencia previa: Mínimo de 2 años con experiencia comprobable en puestos de ventas, atención al cliente o roles comerciales (preferentemente en retail).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo de Paquete Office, sistemas CRM, canales digitales y gestión de caja/posnet.
  • Imagen profesional: Excelente presencia, fluidez verbal y correcto uso de la vestimenta provista por la empresa (manteniendo condiciones de pulcritud y aseo).
  • Residencia: Córdoba Capital.
