【岗位职责】 1.用户体验：门店新老用户的接待及社群运营，合理规划和引导场地使用和现场秩序，持续优化用户服务体验，及时妥善处理用户回访和客诉； 2.产品推介：通过不断提供适合用户需求的产品组合，搭建社群运营做好线下服务，开拓渠道促进训练卡销售和复购，提高卡类产品销售业绩； 3.活动策划：创造良好的门店氛围，组织和设计门店活动，提升用户的黏性； 4.空间体验：确保门店空间的高质量体验，完成门店陈列整洁、物品盘存和采购事宜，负责对接区域内门店的外部关系，监督保洁完成门店清洁。 上班时间：做六休一，每周40小时，门店高峰期（午、晚高峰）12:00-19/21:00

【任职要求】 1.全日制大专以上学历，形象举止大方得体，热情开朗，具有责任心和同理心，有酒店、服装、健身、餐饮行业服务经验优先； 2.目标导向，主动积极行动力强，擅长并乐于学习，具有团队协作的精神； 3.具有服务意识，较强的语言表达能力及沟通能力及人际相处能力。
