【岗位职责】 1、根据品牌调性及设计理念，延展品牌相关设计物料，持续优化品牌视觉系统； 2、负责集团以及旗下品牌视觉体系迭代以及建设； 3、负责集团品牌相关的活动设计，传播相关的视觉输出； 4、参与集团品牌视觉合规性审核以及支持工作； 5、参与建立规范化品牌运作标准视觉库； 6、关注行业创新趋势，让创意和设计产生价值，具备推动项目的执行能力；团队内积极主动的分享设计行业洞察与思考，输出建设性的意见或方案，跟团队一起成长。

【任职要求】 1、3年以上互联网或者广告公司品牌设计经验，深度参与品牌设计相关项目； 2、本科及艺术院校，广告学、美术设计或相关专业毕业，专业基础扎实； 3、具有创意视觉设计和品牌视觉设计经验，注重品牌、产品设计和创意方向，具备较好的设计审美能力和创意执行能力； 4、对平面设计有体系化认知和严谨的思考框架，熟练运用设计工具（PS\AI\AE\）, 熟知常规制作工艺的基本知识，如印刷喷绘技术、周边衍生品工艺等，熟悉线上和线下不同载体对于设计落地的要求； 5、具有一定的3D、摄影、周边创意与创作能力者优先，富有创造力和工作激情； 6、具备良好的合作态度及团队精神，能承受高强度的工作压力。对业务、对互联网产品有感知，理解能力和沟通能力强，能够有效协同业务一起拿结果。
