Deine Mission

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Technologien und Prozessen im Advanced Semiconductor Packaging. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Betreuung externer Kundenprojekte sowie interner Entwicklungsprojekte – von der technischen Lösungsfindung bis zur Umsetzung mit Process Engineering, Quality Management und Sales.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Industrialisierung von Technologieprozessen im Advanced Semiconductor Packaging
  • Technische Betreuung und Steuerung externer Kundenprojekte mit Fokus auf Komponentenfertigung, System in Package und Chiplet-Technologien
  • Koordination interner Entwicklungsprojekte inklusive technischer Abstimmung, Fortschrittsverfolgung und internem/externem Reporting
  • Enge fachliche Zusammenarbeit mit Process Engineering, Quality Management und Sales zur Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Projektzielen und belastbaren Entscheidungsgrundlagen durch Analysen und Prozessbewertungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium, z. B. in Mikrosystemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Steuerung von Technologieprozessen sowie in der Betreuung technischer Kundenprojekte
  • Kenntnisse in Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnologien, z. B. Löten, Chip on Board, Trennen, Waferbearbeitung oder Molding
  • Idealerweise Know-how in Advanced Packaging, System in Package, Chiplet- oder Substrattechnologien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Prozesssteuerung, Prozessoptimierung, Analysen und technischen Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
