Deine Mission

Du gestaltest eine effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Beschaffung für indirekte Materialien, Dienstleistungen und technisches Equipment im Halbleiter-Backend. Dabei digitalisierst du Einkaufsprozesse, steuerst Lieferanten und realisierst gemeinsam mit Technik, Produktion und Finance messbare Kosten- und Effizienzpotenziale. Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Strategischer und operativer Einkauf von indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen sowie von Maschinen, Anlagen und Test-Equipment für die Halbleiter-Backend-Fertigung
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Preisverhandlungen und Vertragsabschlüssen
  • Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Bewertung eines leistungsfähigen globalen Lieferantennetzwerks
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Produktion, Qualität und Finance
  • Steuerung von Investitionsprojekten (CAPEX) für Anlagen und Equipment sowie Identifikation und Realisierung von Kosten- und Effizienzpotenzialen
  • Unterstützung und aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung des Einkaufs, z. B. durch eProcurement, SRM-Systeme und Datenanalysen
  • Sicherstellung von Compliance sowie Nachhaltigkeits- und Qualitätsanforderungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige, fundierte Einkaufserfahrung mit indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen sowie Maschinen, Anlagen oder technischen Investitionsgütern; idealerweise im Halbleiter-Backend sowie mit Packaging- und Test-Equipment
  • Erfahrung im Projekt- und Investitionseinkauf (CAPEX) sowie im globalen Lieferantenmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in der Digitalisierung des Einkaufs, insbesondere eSourcing, eProcurement, Datenanalysen, KPI-Tracking und Prozessautomatisierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Verhandlungsführung und Vertragsrecht sowie hohe technische Affinität
  • Erfahrung mit Einkaufs- und ERP-Systemen, z. B. SAP
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
