Deine Mission

Als Produktionscontroller bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktion, Projektmanagement und Finanzen. Du unterstützt bei der Steuerung von Projekten und Produktionsprozessen, analysierst Kennzahlen und hilfst dabei, fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Dabei bringst du dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft ein und trägst dazu bei, Transparenz und Effizienz zu steigern.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Analyse und Aufbereitung von Produktions- und Projektdaten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsleitung und Projektverantwortlichen als Sparringspartner im Controlling
  • Nachverfolgung von Budgets, Kosten und Projektfortschritten inkl. Abweichungsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Produktkostenkalkulation sowie bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Produktions- und Projektprozessen und aktive Mitwirkung bei deren Umsetzung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Reportings sowie im SAP S/4HANA Umfeld
  • Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen wie Produktion, Projektmanagement und Finance

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling eines produzierenden Unternehmens (z. B. Produktions-, Werks-, Manufacturing- oder Operationscontrolling) mit fundiertem Verständnis für Produktionskennzahlen, Kostenstrukturen und Fertigungsprozesse.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Produktions- und Projektdaten, Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen sowie im Sparring mit Produktionsleitung, Projektmanagement und Finance zur Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Produktkosten-, Material- und Auftragskalkulation sowie in Budget-, Forecast- und Kostensteuerungsprozessen.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (idealerweise S/4HANA) und Excel; Erfahrung mit Power BI oder Reporting-Tools ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale in Produktions- und Projektprozessen zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2-Niveau) sind zwingend erforderlich, da die Rolle eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit deutschsprachigen Fach- und Führungskräften erfordert; zusätzlich gute Englischkenntnisse.
