Nous ouvrons un poste d’Ingénieur DevOps Senior pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Givisiez. Au cœur d’un environnement technique exigeant, vous interviendrez sur la sécurisation, l’automatisation et la fiabilisation de la chaîne de livraison logicielle, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes Infrastructure, Systèmes, Développement, Exploitation et Sécurité.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Administrer, sécuriser et faire évoluer la plateforme Azure DevOps Server et son écosystème : agents, artefacts, registres de conteneurs et mécanismes de déploiement.
  • Concevoir et maintenir des templates de pipelines CI/CD et des outils mutualisés afin d’industrialiser les processus de livraison.
  • Intégrer la sécurité dès les premières étapes du cycle de développement selon les approches DevSecOps, Security by Design et Shift Left : SAST, DAST, SCA, détection de secrets et analyse d’images et d’IaC.
  • Piloter techniquement le traitement des vulnérabilités identifiées sur la chaîne CI/CD, de leur analyse et priorisation jusqu’à leur remédiation.
  • Industrialiser la conteneurisation et les déploiements sur Kubernetes, notamment avec Docker, Helm, ArgoCD et les pratiques GitOps.
  • Sécuriser la gestion des secrets, certificats, identités techniques, droits d’accès et artefacts utilisés lors des builds et déploiements.
  • Contribuer au diagnostic et à la résolution des incidents techniques ou de sécurité touchant la plateforme DevOps et la chaîne de livraison.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans l’adoption des bonnes pratiques Git, CI/CD et DevSecOps, tout en formalisant les standards, procédures et documentations techniques.
  • Profil Senior / Expert disposant d’une solide expérience dans la conception, l’exploitation et la sécurisation de plateformes et pipelines CI/CD, avec une maîtrise approfondie d’Azure DevOps Server.
  • Expertise de Linux et bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows, avec d’excellentes compétences en scripting PowerShell, Bash et Python.
  • Expertise en conteneurisation et orchestration avec Docker, Kubernetes et Helm, ainsi qu’une maîtrise des approches GitOps avec ArgoCD.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Git : stratégies de branches, Pull Requests, revues de code, versioning et gestion des releases.
  • Compétences avancées en Infrastructure as Code et automatisation avec Terraform / OpenTofu et Ansible, associées à de bonnes connaissances des infrastructures réseau et stockage.
  • Bonne expertise des mécanismes de sécurité CI/CD et des solutions SAST, DAST, SCA, de détection de secrets, de gestion des vulnérabilités et de la qualité de code, notamment Sonar.
  • Bonne connaissance des écosystèmes Cloud Native, de l’observabilité et des composants de sécurité, avec une connaissance de la conception d’opérateurs Kubernetes appréciée.
  • Maîtrise des pratiques agiles Scrum / Kanban et des outils Jira / Confluence, complétée par une véritable culture DevOps et DevSecOps.
  • Informations complémentaires : ce poste n’est pas ouvert au télétravail. Taux d’activité à 90% possible.
