Nous ouvrons un poste de Solution Architect pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Genève. Dans un contexte de transformation des systèmes d’information et d’accélération de la digitalisation, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la modernisation des plateformes, des solutions et de l’architecture d’entreprise.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Concevoir des architectures IT évolutives, robustes et sécurisées à partir des besoins fonctionnels et métiers.
  • Apporter un leadership technique aux équipes de développement et accompagner l’évolution vers des environnements DevOps ainsi que des infrastructures Cloud privées et publiques.
  • Piloter la trajectoire vers l’architecture fonctionnelle cible en collaboration étroite avec les responsables de projets.
  • Fédérer les différentes parties prenantes autour d’une vision d’architecture commune : sécurité, gouvernance des données, résilience opérationnelle, protection des données, juridique, compliance, architecture et équipes IT.
  • Définir et promouvoir des principes d’architecture favorisant la simplification, la cohérence et la pérennité des solutions.
  • Maintenir à jour le référentiel d’architecture d’entreprise et produire la documentation de conception des solutions dans des outils tels que Confluence et My-Carto.
  • Contribuer activement aux initiatives de modernisation technologique et à l’adoption de nouvelles approches d’architecture.
  • Bachelor ou Master en informatique, technologies de l’information ou formation équivalente.
  • Entre 5 et 10 ans d’expérience en tant que Solution Architect et/ou Tech Lead, ainsi qu’une expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans dans le Private Banking suisse et international.
  • Solide compréhension des environnements Wealth Management, Asset Management, Trading, Treasury et des processus opérationnels de Back Office.
  • Certification TOGAF et/ou certification d’architecture Cloud AWS, Azure ou Google.
  • Maîtrise des architectures hybrides associant infrastructures physiques, VMware ESX/vCenter, machines virtuelles, Kubernetes/OpenShift et Microsoft Cloud, ainsi que des principes Security by Design et Zero Trust.
  • Bonne connaissance des architectures de services reposant sur des API et des BUS, ainsi que des bases de données Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB et ElasticSearch.
  • Expérience des environnements de développement Java, .NET, JavaScript, VueJS ou Python et des pratiques DevOps avec Azure DevOps, Git et GitHub Copilot. Une sensibilité aux technologies AI, ML et Blockchain constitue un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication, leadership, résolution de problèmes et vision globale des architectures. Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais indispensable.
