Nous ouvrons un poste de Testeur logiciel confirmé pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client, dans le secteur public, basé à Genève.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Étudier les exigences, les spécifications fonctionnelles et les critères d’acceptation.
  • Élaborer, documenter et maintenir les scénarios, cas et campagnes de tests.
  • Préparer les données, environnements et prérequis nécessaires aux validations.
  • Réaliser les tests fonctionnels et de non-régression, puis consigner les résultats.
  • Identifier, qualifier et suivre les anomalies jusqu’à la validation des correctifs.
  • Garantir la traçabilité entre exigences, risques, tests, résultats et anomalies.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les Test Managers, Business Analysts, équipes de développement et représentants métiers.
  • Participer au reporting, à l’automatisation et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques de test.
  • Formation supérieure en informatique, de niveau Master, diplôme d’ingénieur, HES ou qualification équivalente.
  • Minimum trois années d’expérience en test logiciel, idéalement dans un environnement agile.
  • Solide maîtrise des méthodes de conception, d’exécution et de suivi des tests logiciels.
  • Expérience avec Jira Xray, OpenText ALM ou une solution comparable de gestion des tests.
  • Capacité à analyser les risques, gérer les anomalies et adapter la stratégie de test au contexte du projet.
  • Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse et excellentes aptitudes à la communication.
  • Une certification ISTQB ainsi qu’une formation Scrum, Hermès, RUP ou ITIL constituent des atouts.
  • La connaissance de Tosca, Robot Framework, Playwright, du BDD, des chaînes CI/CD ou des tests non fonctionnels serait appréciée.
