Company Presentation

Backed by experienced investors from the iGaming industry and an established game development capability with approximately two decades of experience delivering games and gaming technology for international clients, a new B2B real-money gaming provider is being launched.

The venture combines a strong production foundation, an experienced game development team, an initial portfolio of 10 slot and crash games, and access to investment resources.

The company's ambition is to become a significant international B2B gaming provider, building a commercially competitive game portfolio and securing strong distribution across multiple markets.

The business is at an early stage, offering an opportunity to shape its market positioning, commercial strategy, and long-term growth from the ground up.

The company is looking for a commercially driven CEO / Co-Founder with deep game provider experience, an established industry network, and the entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable business.

Role Overview

The CEO will take ownership of the company's strategic vision, market-entry strategy, commercial development, and international distribution.

The primary challenge is not building a game development operation from scratch. The production and operational foundations are already in place.

The CEO's mission is to transform these assets into a rapidly growing B2B gaming business.

The successful candidate will understand how to position games across different markets, establish strong commercial relationships, negotiate competitive distribution agreements, and generate meaningful GGR.

The role requires a highly entrepreneurial leader with a strong commercial background, ideally a former CCO, CBDO, or CEO of a game provider.

The CEO will work closely with the existing COO, who will support operational management, financial planning, budgets, KPI frameworks, and production execution.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Growth

  • Define the company's strategic vision, commercial positioning, and international growth strategy.
  • Identify priority GEOs and develop market-entry strategies based on player preferences, competitive dynamics, and commercial opportunities.
  • Build a scalable distribution strategy through casino operators, aggregators, and platform partners.
  • Leverage an established personal network to accelerate negotiations and secure high-value partnerships.
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms, including revenue-sharing structures, lobby placement, and promotional commitments.
  • Drive the commercial funnel from initial partnership discussions to signed agreements, integrations, go-live, game visibility, and revenue generation.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the global iGaming industry.

Market Entry & Distribution

  • Develop a phased international expansion strategy, initially targeting commercially accessible markets in line with applicable regulatory requirements while preparing for entry into regulated markets.
  • Identify the most commercially attractive opportunities for the initial portfolio of slot and crash games.
  • Determine the optimal balance between aggregator-led and direct-to-operator distribution.
  • Secure meaningful lobby positioning, featured placements, and promotional support.
  • Build strong market coverage and sustainable GGR growth.
  • Prioritise early commercial traction and product-market fit before accelerating investment and expansion.

Product & Commercial Performance

  • Collaborate with the COO and product team to align the game portfolio with market demand.
  • Translate knowledge of GEO-specific player preferences, game mechanics, and competitor performance into commercial opportunities.
  • Influence portfolio priorities based on market intelligence and distribution potential.
  • Assess the commercial performance of games using GGR, NGR, turnover, player engagement, retention, and operator-level results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the commercial performance of existing and future games.
  • Distinguish between game performance issues and challenges caused by distribution, visibility, or promotional positioning.

Leadership & Business Development

  • Build and lead the commercial organisation, including distribution, business development, marketing, account management, and commercial analytics.
  • Define strategic priorities and collaborate with the COO on financial planning and execution.
  • Develop a scalable business model aligned with long-term commercial targets.
  • Present growth strategies, investment requirements, and business cases to shareholders.
  • Represent the company at major industry events, conferences, and strategic partner meetings.
  • Act as an entrepreneurial business leader with a long-term ownership mindset.

Requirements

  • Direct senior leadership experience within a B2B real-money game provider, preferably in slots, crash, or instant games.
  • Proven commercial success in scaling a game provider, its distribution network, or its international revenue.
  • Strong experience in C-level commercial leadership, ideally as CCO, CBDO, CEO, or Co-Founder.
  • A well-established personal network of casino operators, aggregators, platforms, and senior industry decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn commercial relationships into signed agreements, live integrations, and measurable revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the global iGaming provider market, including GEO-specific dynamics, game mechanics, and player preferences.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue-sharing models, B2B commercial negotiations, distribution economics, and promotional opportunities.
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams or business units.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine motivation to build a business as a long-term partner and shareholder.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.

Experience solely with casino operators, platforms, aggregators, or other adjacent industries without direct game provider experience will not be considered sufficient.

Company Offers

  • The opportunity to become CEO / Co-Founder of a new international B2B iGaming provider.
  • Potential equity participation of up to 10%, subject to individually agreed terms.
  • A fixed compensation component during the initial growth stage, to be discussed individually.
  • Significant autonomy in defining the company's commercial vision and international expansion strategy.
  • Access to an experienced game development and production team.
  • An initial portfolio of games and established operational support.
  • Investment backing from shareholders with substantial iGaming industry experience.
  • An opportunity to build a commercial organisation and international distribution network from the ground up.
  • A long-term entrepreneurial role with a focus on creating substantial business value and shareholder upside.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
