The posting

Head of Black-Hat SEO

Location: Fully remote Reports to: CEO Base salary: US$68,000–120,000 gross annually, depending on experience Incentive: Profit share Current operating budget: US$30,000–80,000 per month

Company presentation

An international iGaming affiliate business develops and scales SEO-driven websites, monetising organic traffic through casino and betting operator partnerships.

Its current markets include Poland and Hungary, with plans to expand across additional Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. The business operates with a lean team and a highly automated approach, using expired domains, parasite SEO, one-page websites, rapid migrations and gray/black-hat methods.

Role overview

The company is seeking a senior hands-on SEO operator to launch and grow a new black-hat SEO business unit.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Black-Hat SEO will own execution, budget allocation and P&L. Initially, this is predominantly an individual contributor role with substantial use of AI and automation. A small team may be built later as the unit develops.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-design the unit’s growth strategy with the CEO and execute it personally.
  • Manage the current monthly budget of US$30,000–80,000 across domains, content and tooling.
  • Build an AI-supported roadmap for launching and developing hundreds of websites per month.
  • Execute link-building strategies and manage domains, redirects, migrations and testing.
  • Identify and test opportunities across multiple GEOs.
  • Track costs, rankings, traffic, FTDs, revenue and overall unit performance.
  • Scale approaches that demonstrate positive commercial results.
  • Document processes and establish an operating model that can support a small team over time.

The supplied brief targets initial FTDs within 10–20 days and profitability within 4–5 months. Measurement definitions and milestones will need to be agreed.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in competitive black-hat SEO environments.
  • Deep practical experience with domain auctions, drop-catching and expired-domain analysis.
  • Experience operating website networks at scale, including footprint hygiene across registrars, hosting and DNS.
  • Hands-on capability in domains, redirects, migrations, outreach and experimentation.
  • Ability to use AI and automation to increase execution capacity.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including budget management, ROI analysis and traffic monetisation.
  • An entrepreneurial approach, autonomy and ownership of business outcomes.
  • Fast, disciplined decision-making, supported by clear reporting and documentation.

Company offers

  • Fully remote working.
  • US$68,000–120,000 gross annual base salary, depending on experience.
  • Profit share once the unit is profitable; detailed terms to be agreed.
  • Direct collaboration with the CEO.
  • Ownership of execution, budget allocation and unit P&L.
  • A current operating budget of US$30,000–80,000 per month, with potential for further growth.
  • A predominantly hands-on role with substantial autonomy, AI and automation.
  • The opportunity to build a small team over time.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
