Про роль

Gridline Group шукає Chief Security Officer, який вибудує комплексну систему внутрішнього захисту бізнесу та координуватиме взаємодію із зовнішніми безпековими підрядниками.

Роль охоплює інформаційну, економічну, репутаційну та кадрову безпеку, захист активів і безпеку офісів. Важлива частина роботи — впровадження зрозумілих правил, взаємодія з керівництвом та формування довіри й культури безпеки серед співробітників.

Основні завдання:

  • Розробляти та впроваджувати політики, стандарти, регламенти й інструкції з корпоративної безпеки.
  • Координувати роботу зовнішніх безпекових підрядників та взаємодію з внутрішніми функціями компанії.
  • Організовувати захист конфіденційної інформації, комерційної таємниці, технічної й конструкторської документації, результатів R&D та інших критично важливих даних.
  • Контролювати систему управління доступами до корпоративних ресурсів відповідно до ролей і рівнів відповідальності співробітників.
  • Забезпечувати дотримання правил роботи з корпоративними даними та носіями інформації.
  • Координувати заходи із запобігання витокам і компрометації інформації.
  • Організовувати виявлення, реєстрацію, розслідування та аналіз інцидентів інформаційної безпеки.
  • Координувати дії корпоративної безпеки, IT та інших підрозділів під час кіберінцидентів і витоків інформації.
  • Контролювати регулярну оцінку інформаційних ризиків.
  • Працювати з керівництвом над правилами розкриття інформації, безпекою офісів і зовнішніх взаємодій.
  • Взаємодіяти з IT, HR, Legal та іншими функціями з питань безпеки.
  • Формувати культуру безпеки та персональної відповідальності за захист інформації й активів.

Вимоги

  • Практичний досвід комплексної корпоративної безпеки в бізнесі.
  • Розуміння інформаційної, економічної, репутаційної, кадрової та фізичної безпеки.
  • Досвід розробки й впровадження політик, регламентів та інструкцій.
  • Розуміння захисту конфіденційної інформації, управління доступами та запобігання витокам.
  • Досвід оцінки ризиків, організації роботи з інцидентами та взаємодії із зовнішніми безпековими підрядниками.
  • Уміння координувати роботу різних функцій та впроваджувати правила у щоденну роботу бізнесу.
  • Сильні комунікаційні навички та здатність будувати довіру з керівництвом і персоналом.

Досвід у консалтингових або аутсорсингових компаніях, які забезпечують комплексний захист бізнесів за кількома напрямами корпоративної безпеки.
