Група компаній перебуває на етапі активного розвитку та масштабування та працює у сфері міжнародної торгівлі й постачання комплектуючих для MilTech / Defense Tech.

Бізнес охоплює закупівлю комплектуючих у різних юрисдикціях, імпорт, міжнародну логістику, ВЕД, складський контур та подальшу реалізацію продукції. Масштабування створює потребу в системному управлінні ліквідністю, оборотним капіталом, маржинальністю, товарними та грошовими потоками, валютними ризиками та фінансуванням операційної діяльності.

Компанія шукає Chief Financial Officer, який відповідатиме за всю фінансову функцію компанії та ширшої Групи.

CFO відповідатиме за побудову управлінського обліку, регулярної фінансової звітності, бюджетування, казначейства, управління working capital, фінансового контролю та автоматизації. Роль також передбачає фінансову консолідацію бізнес-юнітів і проєктів, маршрутизацію грошових потоків, розвиток фінансового IT-ландшафту та залучення боргового й оборотного фінансування.

На старті CFO має глибоко зануритися в економіку бізнесу, закупівельні та товарні потоки, структуру продажів і логістики та безпосередньо побудувати базові фінансові процеси. Надалі роль передбачає масштабування функції через команду, системи й процеси.

CFO підпорядковуватиметься CEO / General Partner Групи та взаємодіятиме з керівниками бізнес-юнітів, Procurement, Supply, IT, Legal і бухгалтерською функцією.

Requirements:

  • Досвід CFO / Finance Director у торговому, виробничому, технологічному або іншому складному операційному бізнесі.
  • Практичний досвід побудови, трансформації або масштабування фінансової функції.
  • Глибоке розуміння економіки торгового бізнесу та циклу «закупівля → логістика → склад → продаж → отримання коштів».
  • Практичний досвід побудови управлінського обліку та P&L, Cash Flow і Balance Sheet.
  • Досвід управління working capital, запасами, дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю.
  • Практичний досвід казначейства та управління ліквідністю.
  • Досвід бюджетування, фінансового планування та прогнозування.
  • Досвід контролю маржинальності, собівартості та unit economics.
  • Розуміння міжнародної торгівлі, імпорту, валютних операцій і міжнародних розрахунків.
  • Досвід залучення та управління борговим або оборотним фінансуванням.
  • Досвід взаємодії з банками та кредиторами.
  • Досвід фінансової консолідації декількох бізнес-юнітів, юридичних осіб або проєктів.
  • Досвід участі в податковому та юридичному структуруванні.
  • Досвід впровадження або розвитку ERP, BI та інших фінансових інструментів.
  • Досвід управління фінансовою командою.
  • Системне й аналітичне мислення.
  • Готовність поєднувати стратегічну роль із hands-on роботою на етапі побудови функції.
  • Англійська — Upper-Intermediate або вище.

Will be a plus:

  • Досвід міжнародних закупівель і складних ланцюгів постачання.
  • Досвід у сфері електроніки, компонентів, hardware або інших технологічних категорій.
  • Досвід у MilTech / Defense Tech або суміжних індустріях.
  • Досвід побудови фінансової функції з нуля.
  • Досвід у групі компаній або холдинговій структурі.
  • Досвід роботи з кількома юрисдикціями та валютами.
  • Практичний досвід зі структурами HoldCo / InvCo / SPV.
  • Досвід trade finance, project finance та інших інструментів структурованого фінансування.
  • Досвід фінансового супроводу запуску нових бізнес-напрямів або інвестиційних проєктів.
