Deine Aufgabe

In dieser Rolle bist du das Rückgrat der IT-Infrastruktur an den Standorten Bremen (Lemwerder) oder Hamburg. Du sorgst dafür, dass die komplexen Systeme hinter den Kulissen reibungslos funktionieren:

  • Systemadministration: Du verantwortest den Betrieb und die Administration der Serverlandschaft (primär Windows, ergänzend Linux).
  • Virtualisierung & Bereitstellung: Du betreust die VMware-Umgebungen und stellst Anwendungen sicher über Citrix bereit.
  • Hardware & Storage: Du verwaltest die Hardware-Infrastruktur (HP/Dell) und stellst durch modernes Storage-Management (Pure Storage) die Datenverfügbarkeit sicher.
  • Datensicherheit: Die Planung und Überwachung von Backups mittels Rubrik sowie das proaktive System-Monitoring gehören zu deinem täglichen Handwerkszeug.
  • Fehleranalyse: Du identifizierst Störquellen, behebst Fehler in der Infrastruktur und unterstützt deine Teamkollegen im technischen Support.

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder ein entsprechendes Studium im Bereich Informatik/IT-Technik.
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst fundierte Berufspraxis in der klassischen IT-Administration mit, insbesondere in Windows-Umgebungen.
  • Technologie-Stack: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit VMware, Citrix und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit Backup-Lösungen (vorzugsweise Rubrik) sowie Storage-Systemen (Pure).
  • Hardware-Kenntnisse: Der versierte Umgang mit HP- und Dell-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du zeichnest dich durch eine analytische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und echtem Teamgeist aus. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
