Deine Aufgabe In dieser Rolle bist du eine zentrale Säule für die Zuverlässigkeit und Skalierbarkeit der Infrastruktur unseres Kunden. Deine Mission umfasst: Dein Profil Du verstehst dich als Brückenbauer zwischen technischer Exzellenz und strategischer Ausrichtung. Folgendes bringst du mit:

  • Cloud-Expertise: Tiefgehende Erfahrung in der AWS-Cloud-Architektur, insbesondere im Aufbau resilienter Lösungen und in der Nutzung von Serverless-Diensten (z. B. Lambda).
  • Datenbank-Know-how: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit relationalen und NoSQL-Systemen sowie deren Optimierung.
  • Code Crafter: Du arbeitest hands-on und beherrschst TypeScript oder PHP sicher, um Tools zur Automatisierung selbst zu entwickeln.
  • Methodik: Du hast bereits erfolgreich teamübergreifende Engineering-Initiativen geleitet und verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im HashiCorp-Stack (speziell Nomad und Vault).
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst komplexe technische Strategien klar vermitteln und schaffst ein Alignment zwischen Engineers und der Führungsebene.

  • Sparringspartner: Du unterstützt Senior Engineers und Tech Leads dabei, systemisches Denken und Operational Excellence im gesamten Team zu verankern.
  • SLO & Reliability: Du entwickelst messbare SLOs und Metriken, damit die Teams die volle Verantwortung für ihre Services in der Produktion übernehmen können.
