Deine Aufgabe

In dieser Rolle bist du eine zentrale Säule in der Weiterentwicklung komplexer Softwareprodukte. Deine Schwerpunkte umfassen:

  • Softwareentwicklung: Du konzipierst und realisierst anspruchsvolle Anwendungen und Features auf Basis von Delphi.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du stellst durch Clean Code, Code Reviews und automatisierte Tests eine hohe Softwarequalität sicher.
  • Architektur: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Modernisierung der Softwarearchitektur mit und bringst neue technologische Impulse ein.
  • Teamarbeit: In einem agilen Umfeld (Scrum) arbeitest du eng mit Product Ownern und anderen Entwicklern zusammen, um die bestmöglichen Lösungen für die Kunden im Gesundheitswesen zu finden.

Dein Profil

Du passt ideal zu unserem Kunden, wenn du Leidenschaft für die Softwareentwicklung mitbringst und folgende Qualifikationen besitzt:

  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Delphi.
  • Technik-Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit Datenbanken (z. B. Firebird oder SQL Server) sowie Kenntnisse in modernen Architekturmustern.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du hast ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Teamplayer: Du schätzt den Austausch im Team und bringst eine proaktive Kommunikationsstärke mit.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
