Deine Aufgabe

Als Teil des IT-Operations Teams bist du für den reibungslosen Betrieb der Systemlandschaft verantwortlich. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Infrastruktur:

  • System- & Netzwerkadministration: Du überwachst und verwaltest virtuelle Server (Microsoft Server 2016-2025, VMware), Netzwerke, Datenbanken und produktionsnahe IT-Systeme.
  • Infrastruktur-Management: Du steuerst externe Dienstleister, verwaltest die lokale IBM SAN-Infrastruktur und verantwortest die Print-Umgebung (inkl. Microsoft Cloud Print).
  • Incident Management: Im 2nd Level Support bearbeitest du IT-Tickets (Incidents & Changes) und behebst technische Störungen souverän.
  • Monitoring & Wartung: Du optimierst die Monitoring-Plattform (Microsoft SCOM), führst regelmäßige Software-Updates sowie Patches durch und sicherst die Systemstabilität.
  • Security & Compliance: Du reagierst auf Sicherheitsvorfälle, führst Risikoanalysen durch und verantwortest das Security Hardening der Virtualisierungsumgebung.
  • Kommunikation & Dokumentation: Du administrierst die hybride Telefonie (lokal & MS Teams Phone) und pflegst die Systemdokumentationen sowie das Reporting (SLA-Erfüllung).

Dein Profil

Du bist ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer, der strukturiert und serviceorientiert agiert. Folgende Qualifikationen bringst du mit:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Fachwissen: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Server- und Client-Betriebssystemen, Netzwerken sowie Virtualisierung mit VMware vSphere.
  • Methodik: Erfahrung im IT Service Management (idealerweise ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung) sowie Routine im Umgang mit PowerShell.
  • Zusatzkenntnisse: Erfahrung mit der IBM FlashSystem-Modellreihe ist ein Plus.
  • Projekt-Know-how: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Planung und eigenständigen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit im internationalen Umfeld.
