Aufgrund des kontinuierlichen Wachstumskurses wird nun Verstärkung gesucht, um die internen Strukturen und Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Deine Aufgabe

In dieser zentralen Rolle bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat des Hamburger Teams und unterstützt das weitere Wachstum durch effiziente Administration:

  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung: Du übernimmst die Belegbuchhaltung via SevDesk und trägst durch die Definition von Kostenstellen zur kaufmännischen Transparenz bei.
  • Office Management: Du verantwortest die reibungslose Büroorganisation und bist die gute Seele des Standorts.
  • HR-Unterstützung: Du begleitest den Recruiting-Prozess, koordinierst Termine, führst erste Vorqualifizierungen durch und verwaltest die Personaladministration (z. B. Abwesenheitsmanagement).
  • B2B-Schnittstelle: Du bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Anfragen von Geschäftspartnern und sorgst für eine professionelle Kommunikation im B2B-Segment.

Dein Profil

Du passt ideal in das Team, wenn du eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer Affinität für hochwertige Lifestyle- und Naturprodukte verbindest:

  • Hintergrund: Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest bereits Erfahrung im Office Management oder der Sachbearbeitung sammeln.
  • Fachwissen: Du bist sicher in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung; idealerweise hast du bereits mit SevDesk gearbeitet.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, denkst mit und hast Lust, in einem dynamischen E-Commerce-Umfeld Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
